Luke earned his high school diploma from Elmwood Park Memorial and his bachelor degree in science from Berkeley College. He loves traveling with his wife Kerri and is a father of two energetic boys, (Jacob & Jackson). His hobbies include volunteering at his local fire department, taking the boat/jet ski out on the clear water, fishing on the weekends, trail riding on his dirt bike/cruising on his street bike with his cousins and friends. Being the family mechanic, he has always been very talented working with his hands. He is committed on leaving a positive impact in the lives of others and will not quit until you are 100% satisfied.

Your worker did a great job. I am not sure of the name of the parts, but I know he had to replace springs, wire for the door and a metal piece that had bent and to be replaced. I believe this had to be done on both sides.

Luke was your representative today. He called in the morning to introduce himself and stated the approx. time he would be at my house. Called again to announce he would be coming in 25 min and asked if that time was still OK. He was polite and professional and explained everything to me. Discussed the options I had and proceeded to fix the problem. Definitely a 5 star.

Luke and the other technician were both excellent nad derserve the highest rating. They called before they arrived and gave an estimate of when they would arrive, were prompt and actually arrived on time. Its rare in this day and age to open the door and meet a personable technician who actuall know what he is doing. Luke was very professional answered all my questions in a comprensive manner and defintely knew his products well. He was courteous, neat and thorough in making sure every thing worked smoothly before he left. I felt I was in good hands with Luke there to define the problem and solve it.
