Tino arrived on time. Asked me why a requested a service call. Did a thorough safety check on the garage door and garage door opener. He explained what was wrong and what needed replacement. He prepared an estimate and then started to do the repairs. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous. I would ask for him the next time I have a repair issue.

We called Prestige to do necessary replacement and repairs based on their great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. After a local garage door repairman told me the door likely couldn't be fixed and would cost $6K to replace I called Precision for a second opinion. Their technician arrived on time, was personable, knowledgeable and competent. He explain the problem to me, how to fix and how to improve my system. He provided quick estimates for all option but there was no pressure to do more than what was needed to fix today's problem. He then had all the parts to fix the problem on his truck. No need for a follow up appt or to tell my 2 year old he can only play with one today a day.

Orentino was my Tech. He was excellent! He asked me questions about the circumstances before and after my issue occurred to fully understand the problem before offering a solution. Tino did an outstanding job. He first assessed the situation, Indicated what he thought would be necessary to address the problem and indicated all costs before beginning any work. He was methodic in his procedures was conscious of maintaining a safe working environment. He described how all the new equipment functioned, programmed all of my remote controls both new and old and answered all of my questions. He was always pleasant and polite and even listened to an old man's stories without complaint.
