I had used Precision Door Service at a previous residence and was very pleased with their professional service and trusted them to make the upgrades at my present residence. The videos about their products and services are very informative and helpful. The expected arrival time window is only two hours, so you don't have to wait all day. Doug, my installer, showed up on time, and after going over the needs assessment, quickly got to work. I didn't have to wait to reschedule. Doug had all of the parts he needed to install my new opener/keypad, and did an outstanding job in under two hours. Doug seemed very experienced at trouble shooting and fixed any existing problems. I would highly recommend using Precision! Doug was always cognizant of safe distancing and followed all Covid-19 safety rules. Thanks Doug and thanks Precision!
Thank you for trusting Precision to continuously servicing your garage door repairs. We appreciate you taking a moment to write this review about your experience with us. To Precision Overhead Garage Door: I was very happy with the service I received from you on June 22nd, 2020. Matthew DeWald was very professional in every aspect. He looked at my existing door and clearly explained to me in a few short minutes what the problem was and that my door could be repaired because he had all of the necessary parts on his truck to do the job on that very same day. Matthew knew exactly what he was doing and he had all of the tools and equipment to do the job. My garage door has never been easier to open and close in the 30 years that I have been living at this address. Matthew was excellent and I would easily recommend him to any customer. Clearly, he is well trained and was courteous during the entire time. Thank you. Phil Polchinski

We have an older, heavy (400lb) 2-car garage door. We had it serviced a few years ago by someone else but it still made a lot of noise and didn't run smoothly. So after reading quite a few reviews we decided to call Precision...and we're so glad we did. Tommy came out, all masked up, and inspected everything and showed us where the cables were off track and showed us how out of balance the door was. He set to work replacing all the hardware (cables, rollers, springs) and a few hours later we had a well balanced smoothly running garage door. And the final price was even lower than his initial estimate! Excellent service. Highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for leaving such a wonderful review, Kevin! Reviews like this help homeowners (like you) find Precision Garage Door and know we're a name you can trust! We know the headache a noisy garage door can cause so we're glad Tommy was able to help solve that issue for you! Thank you for choosing Precision!
