Technician showed up on time and was able to tell the problem in one minute. He recommended to install a new garage door opener and explained the reason for his recommendation. The new opener is so silent. And iam very happy with the service and professionalism.

We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.

Please dont push people to buy services that they don't need, I can certainly feel for the technician since its probably his job to bring bag of $$$$ back to you and he try his best to oversell, not a good business practice in my book.

My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind.
