Purchased The Angie's List Special ($111 New Quiet Rollers) The Girl from Precision called immediately to schedule my appointment. Kevin (The Technician called to let me know when he would be arriving) He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, it seems my old springs (Installed by Sears) were the wrong size (that's why my garage door would not stay open) he replaced my old rollers and installed 2-new springs (extra $214) and my garage door now works perfectly and is easy to open and close. I'm very Happy and I would definitely recommend Precision Doors. Thanks Angie's List and Kevin

The initial call was handled professionally. The technician, Erik, had a question about the work to be performed and called while he was still at the warehouse so that he could make sure that he had all the parts required for the job. He did and showed up about 30 minutes later. He explained the work to be done quoted a cost, which was fair and proceeded to do the repair. Everything was clean and neat when he left.

Service was A-1, the technician (Lou) was right on time and very pleasant to talk with and understand. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for repair and pointed out some safety issues that were taken care of. Spring broke on our 40+ year garage door. Replacement of door was recommended because of age of door. New door was installed about 5 days after problem arose [original technician came same day as Precision was called]. Technician who actually installed new door was knowledgeable, had the necessary equipment, careful and neat. Good job.

I called Precision last year and the technician performed a minor 20 second bracket adjustment. He could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. Because of that single experience I called Precision this week to come check out both of my garage door openers. Chris came to the house today. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did not apply any sales pressure. Well, we bought 2 new openers today, which Chris had readily available in his truck, and the install was fast, clean and professional. Chris was terrific and so was the technician that came to our home last year. Precision is great company with great technicians. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door needs.

I needed to have my garage door opener replaced. The Liftmaster is much quieter than the Craftsman-great. Hope it works well.
