Jackson was prompt, polite, and did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. It turned out we needed a new motor, springs, and basically everything other than the door and track. He took his time and explained everything to me in detail. He took his time and although our oversized garage presented some challenges he stayed until the work was completely perfectly! We absolutely recommend this company and Jackson. We are as happy as any homeowners could be who had to fix something they weren't expecting to break....

Tech Bob was great. Did a great job, was very informative, on time and made all options clear. Cost was a little higher than expected but it was more acceptable than replacing doors that are still operational after 14 years with 1 basically never used.

He informed me of a potential safety issue regarding our door springs not having safety cables, and since I had an incident with a spring breaking while I was near it I chose to have the cables installed. Your technicians called immediately after I spoke with your scheduler and said they expected to arrive a few hours later at 2:30 pm. They were in fact 10 minutes early. They courteously went to work, found the problem and fixed it. Now my garage door is working well again. I am very pleased.

The initial phone contact was very professional. The technician (Rob Z) showed up within the prescribed window, very friendly and also professional. He proceeded to evaluate the problem and provided a clear explanation and of the evaluation, recommendation, and warranty. While I thought the cost was high, policy accommodations (coupons, discounts) were applied at my request. The work done was excellent and when Rob left, the door to was working like new, and to my complete satisfaction.

Just had my garage door serviced by technician Tim Rainey and I couldn't be any happier. One of my garage door springs failed and had to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called Precision. Tim took the time to explain every detail. I was very disappointed and was charged for a service call though no service was required. I explained to the call rep that I was a new homeowner and the garage doors stopped working and I wanted to have someone come out and tell us what our options were to have done. We were charged for a service call thought this was incorrect. Being new to the home owning, I probably incorrectly called it a service call as I didn't realize that this was a specific thing indicating a charge. Overall, I wish that the call rep would have actually heard what I was explaining that I needed and recognized this as an estimate instead. In writing this review, I have to select something in the box "Service Performed*:" as it has the asterisk next to it in order to submite but I reiterate, no service was performed.

From the 9 pm call to the office, which was answered professionally, courteously, and helpfully, to the next-day repair by Vince, everything went beautifully. Vince called to see if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled - that worked out great. He explained everything, did his work efficiently and well, and was a really nice guy about it.
