I'm a retired PhD with a long career in evaluating individuals for corporate positions and a love of buying and restoring architecturally interesting homes. Consequently, I've been involved with a large number of people providing home services. Brian (Bi) stands head and shoulders above all I can recall! He provided me a comprehensive professional evaluation of both my door systems--positives plus impending concern areas to watch--fixed the immediate problem, installed a keypad which I wanted for access convenience, insured that both doors were operating optimally and, in short, left having accomplished a lot more than my best hopes for the service call. Very, very impressive AND all at a very reasonable cost. They fully deserve their high grades by BBB & Angies List, and this guy is the definition of 5 star ratings!

I had two doors and opener installed by Dave. The entire process from selecting to installation could not have been smoother. I had attempted to get a quote from another company and they were having so much trouble even arranging that appointment! Precision handled everything very efficiently with no issues at all. The sales rep quickly showed me the options, we settled on the doors and two weeks later they are here and working perfectly. I was in the market for some new garage doors and called Precision. They promptly returned my call and then scheduled an appointment. Technician Tim Rainey called ahead and then showed up on time. Tim took the time to explain all aspects/features of getting a new set of doors, inspected my existing set, pointed out the good and not so good, and made appropriate recommendations. I did not feel pressured to buy right then and there and Tim also did not try to push me into something I didn't want or need. Tim treated my wife with the same respect as he did me, made us both feel comfortable, and answered all of our questions. I have not made a decision yet, but Precision is at the top of my list.
