Was told Greg M. would be here for a 12 - 4 appointment today. At 11:42 he called and said he would be to us in about 20 minutes according to his GPS and sure enough - he was! Replaced the spring and advised us on other issues to watch for, as our system is VERY old and tired. He is honest, forthright, and a pleasure to deal with. He is the man we will request when we call Precision to replace our system!!!

Excellent service. Tim is a very patient technician. I'm disappointed that it was so costly and there was nothing that could be done about the charges but hopefully will be happy with the outcome for a long time.
