5 stars for your technician Rob Zuniga, very nice and professional explaining the problem with the garage door. 4 star on getting the appointment at first, my wife set up the appt. and was fine 4pm - 8pm we get a call that day at 8 am when we're at work saying they don't have appt. after 4pm - I took off work early to make sure in keeping appt. then to hear that message ! Lost money in trying to keep appt. plus expense of fixing! Not too pleased with that. Your technician Rob excellent.. Circuit board replaced not on your list below.

I would give 10 stars if allowed. Great service, great workmanship by Lou. He was careful to explain all the options, provided advice, worked hard and late at the end of the day (he didn't arrive until 7:15 and worked on the door until almost 8:45). Everyone involved with Precision was excellent. I called in the morning, was able to be scheduled for later in the day. Lou stayed in touch from his previous job so I would know when to expect him. I would always use Precision.

We were very happy with our repair service from Precision. We got an appointment very quickly, and they came on a Sunday, which we appreciated. The technician called us to see if he could come early, so we did not even have to wait for the 4-hour window. He was very friendly and did a great job.

This is the second time I had to contact your company to take care of a malfunction with my automatic garage door system. In both instances, your company was able to bring a qualified technician who explained all of my options and performed the work I had authorized in expert fashion. Brandon was the technician this time around and he was awesome. While I could have gotten cheaper repairs from another company, the combination of customer service and quality parts/workmanship offered by your company is hard to beat. Today May 10, 2015 came the technician of Precision Door Service his name Peter Orlando, He did excellent job, He is very nice professional man. He was very kind and very courteous. He installed new motor to my garage door. He gave us 3 control remote. LM8550 DC Belt Drive Opener w/Remote w/1 Remote and Wall Button. 895 Max Remote My Q 3 Button light UP Remote. I was pleasantly surprised , and glad when the technician Lou, called me an 1hr and 15 minutes before the scheduled 4:00pm-8:00pm, letting me know that he was available, and if it worked for me, he could start earlier. Lou is courteous, knowledgeable about his craft and professional, I ordered the lift master opener, and he pointed out that my hardware was worn, I didn't hesitate, I told him to take care of it as well, best suggestion, garage door is like new, I received five star service, from a five star employee.
