Your worker did a great job. I am not sure of the name of the parts, but I know he had to replace springs, wire for the door and a metal piece that had bent and to be replaced. I believe this had to be done on both sides.

Mark came to fix our garage door opener. Somehow all codes were wiped out and we couldn't program our cars or our keypad. He was very nice and knew what to do right away. Precision Door is one of those companies that actually delivers on expectation. I have had some bad experience with companies that send sales people to the house...high pressure..sign now...none of that with Precision. Ricky, the sales person, couldn't have been more helpful while walking me through choices..he's great at his job. Then Rodrigo showed up to install..within the promised time line and made fast work of the installation. He, also, was very experienced and polite, easy to talk with. He had to reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete a small task, and again, both he and the company delivered on their promise. I highly reccommend Precision Door...they have a really good business model..hire high quality people to deliver their high quality products and services.
