Just had my garage door serviced by technician Tim Rainey and I couldn't be any happier. One of my garage door springs failed and had to be replaced. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called Precision. Tim took the time to explain every detail. His knowledge was impressive and I was very happy with the quality of the replacement parts installed. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone. Thanks again Tim.

I was very disappointed and was charged for a service call though no service was required. I explained to the call rep that I was a new homeowner and the garage doors stopped working and I wanted to have someone come out and tell us what our options were to have done. We were charged for a service call thought this was incorrect. Being new to the home owning, I probably incorrectly called it a service call as I didn't realize that this was a specific thing indicating a charge. Overall, I wish that the call rep would have actually heard what I was explaining that I needed and recognized this as an estimate instead. In writing this review, I have to select something in the box "Service Performed*:" as it has the asterisk next to it in order to submite but I reiterate, no service was performed.

From the 9 pm call to the office, which was answered professionally, courteously, and helpfully, to the next-day repair by Vince, everything went beautifully. Vince called to see if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled - that worked out great. He explained everything, did his work efficiently and well, and was a really nice guy about it. Michael X Schumacher - He was great, he showed up within a few hours after our initial call. He gave us different options for us to decide on: install new springs that could handle the correct weight of the doors or install new garage doors. Our garage doors are 26 years old and beat up, so this made the decision pretty easy for us, new garage doors. He even fixed the problem, so we can use the garage door until our new doors are installed. We cannot wait!

We had the tech (Luke) at our house within 24 hrs. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and did the repair. We can't say enough about him. Our garage door was repaired. Our 20 year old system worked flawlessly until the unit finally failed. The wall, remote outdoor units work without difficulty. Remotes were never used. The 2 CAR call systems worked fine initially,then worked on and off, stopped working at all, and now works well again. Kevin was patient and polite explaining the difficulty of linking the car call. You have a FINE STAFF!!!! I now have a remote in each car as back up
