We needed to replace our very old garage doors and started the process of getting estimates. Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working, so we called Precision Door for help. Their serviceman Vincent DiGerolamo came out to our home on Sunday, August 7. He was punctual, courteous, hardworking, trustworthy, and very professional. He answered all our questions about the problems and gave us advice on how to order the right device we need to keep the house safe. my garage door went kaput late Friday afternoon. These guys were here fixing the problem first thing Sunday morning. Everything was clearly explained to me and all of my options (long vs short term, $ vs $$$) were laid out for me. The technician was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and most of all, I felt he dealt pretty straight with me. Did I want to spend $900+ on garage door repairs? No, but I'm glad I called Precision when I needed to get the job done quickly and done right.
