Precision Doors primary business is garage door service and installation but ultimately they are in the customer service business and the way they conduct themselves proves this. My appointment was set for 8-12. At 8:22 AM, Pete (the technician) called me to let me know he was on his way and would be here by 9. He arrived on time, explained every aspect of the repair and allowed me to inspect the work before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family.

Kevin was our service Tech. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . He called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Once there, he assessed the needed repair and went to work. He had all necessary parts on his truck and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes. Precision replaced two garage door openers, keypads and remotes. Scheduling was easy and fast. The installer (Lou) was on time. His work was superb and the job site was left clean and neat. Friendly, courteous, good people. Not cheap but a fair price. Precision is very good.
