I called about my problem at 8 AM and Lou was at my home by 9. He looked at the problem and was very thorough in explaining my options. It was obvious that he knew his job. We settled on a plan; the problem was corrected and I was pleased with the result. Lou has a great personality and explained everything he was doing! I highly recommend Precision.

I was shocked and delighted with the service and repair i received today. A spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to lift the extra large garage door to leave the house. Needless to say during the holiday season this was very distressing. A technician by the name of Kevin arrived at the house as scheduled. He also had called to inform me that he was on the way. He introduced himself and he presented himself as a true professional. He was pleasant and very informative. He told me in advance of all repairs he recommended and their costs. He had my garage door working well in exactly the amount of time he estimated it would take. I want to thank Kevin. I also want to applaud the owners of this business. This was a service call that really emphasized the word "service. I will absolutely recommend this company when given the opportunity.

Lou was courteous, friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He taught me how to replace the (dead) batteries in my remote as well as the keypad battery, then went to work refastening wires and cables that a painter had loosened in the garage. He checked all the mechanisms and lubricated the moving parts. Very quick and efficient. I continue to recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

Customer Service was excellent - from the initial call to the finished job. Brian B was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. The work was performed as described and agreed - very happy with it. The only reason I scored them a 4star instead of 5 is because of price. The job was a repair and I thought it should have been less, but I had no time to research, compare or shop. If I were installing all new I would definitely go with this company - they know what they are doing and are worth it; for repairs, expect to pay top dollar and have a very pleasant experience.

Glen, the technician, was great. He clearly described my options without trying to steer me to any particular one. He just gave me the facts about each and let me decide. After he did the work, installing a new motor, he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy. He even made sure I was happy with the height of the open door and adjusted it for me. I didn't even know that was possible. Precision has been here a few times and I am always happy with them.
