I had a really great experience with this company. From the initial phone call, to the signing of the paperwork at the completion of the job, I was an extremely satisfied customer. The first two places I called were rather rude to me, so it was no small thing that the people at Precision were professional and polite and efficient, not to mention friendly and down to earth. I liked the website, and I appreciated the fact that the employees wore uniforms and drove marked trucks. It illustrated for me that this was a company with a lot of pride in its work and its name. I am careful about how and where I spend my money but I trusted Lou R. and my trust was not misplaced. He gave a fair assessment of the problem (explaining it not once but twice, to me and to the warranty company I have an account with) and he did a great job with my garage door opener intstallation, working even more quickly than I would have thought possible. I would say, don't hesitate to call this company for all of your garage door needs. I will definitely be using them in the future as the need arises.

The mark of a good company is how they correct issues or problems if the arise. I had some issues with a garage door spring repair, and once I communicated these issues to the company, I received a phone call from the owner Doug, and a call from the manager, Bob. My concerns were handled professionally & quickly, leading to a very acceptable outcome. I am quite happy at how attentive the management, and technicians, were to my concerns. I was impressed that the website had pictures and bios of all the technicians. When Brian H arrived he was very friendly and knowledgable.He knew exactly what had to be done to accomplish the repair. He also answered all my questions. He replaced springs, pulleys etc and now the garage door opens with ease. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the service technician. I would use the service again, but that won't be any time soon because of the job well done!
