I called Precision last year and the technician performed a minor 20 second bracket adjustment. He could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. Because of that single experience I called Precision this week to come check out both of my garage door openers. Chris came to the house today. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did not apply any sales pressure. Well, we bought 2 new openers today, which Chris had readily available in his truck, and the install was fast, clean and professional. Chris was terrific and so was the technician that came to our home last year. Precision is great company with great technicians. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door needs.

I needed to have my garage door opener replaced. The Liftmaster is much quieter than the Craftsman-great. Hope it works well. Chris was very professional, and I especially like the simple way he explained everything. He has a very good attitude and was quick and efficient. Thank you. I tried to register it online but did not have (couldn't find) the product serial number. Would you please provide to me?

Thank you for your expert service -- The technician you sent was very knowledgeable and very patient. He explained every detail of what the trouble was with my garage door. He did not rush me into making a decision and allowed me to tell of my concerns. When I decided to have the work done , he was very efficient in performing the service and explained everything that he had completed. I was very pleased -- now no more clanging -- but a nice quiet garage door. Thank you Brian. (I'm not sure if I listed all the services and products on the list below that I received )

Chris K. was super professional and helpful. He called ahead to let me know when he'd arrive, provided options for fixing my broken spring/roller system and even checked on the prior work on our other garage door that his company had installed in 2010. Great customer service and very professional. Quick install too! I highly recommend Precision (and Chris) for any garage door needs!

Kevin S. was wonderful. Leading up to the appointment he was extremely communicative and was even able to come early, which was great. During the appointment he thoroughly explained all of the options with me and was very clear and answered every question I had fully and without the slightest bit of irritation (and I asked a TON of questions). He was also extremely patient and did not come in with a typical pressuring sales approach. We ended up deciding to get all the hardware on both of our garage doors replaced and having a garage door opener installed. He was able to do all of it immediately following our decision to go ahead. I continued to ask him questions even while he worked and he was working and he answered everything fully and just as nicely as he had before. After he was ton he went over everything and was able to leave with me feeling extremely comfortable with the new system. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and Precision to anyone looking to make sure their hardware is safe and working properly and/or looking for garage openers. Very satisfied customer!!!

The technician pointed out issues in detail (confirming issues which I suspected) and provided me with my options. This way I had the more than enough information to make an informed decision. I asked for the old springs and cables replaced. It took only about 15 minutes to do that and now the door goes up, the door goes down efficiently.

Lou came by and the experience couldn't have gone any better. He was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and he completed it in a timely and efficient manner. If you need anything fixed with your garage, going anywhere else other than Precision would be a mistake. I’m sure all of the technicians do a great job but if you are lucky enough to have Lou knock on your door, you are in great hands.
