Scott, my previous technician was helpful, responsive and pleasant. However, I had a couple issues subsequent to installation. One was very minor; one of the light covers was left hanging open. The other issue was more troublesome. The door became balky and then was rattling ominously and would not close. You very promptly arranged for Drew, another technician, to come and fix the problem, and Drew did fix it. He said a roller was off the track.

Funny how things work out. My garage door never really worked properly when installed 7 years ago, but put up with it till this week when it just didn't go up at all and I was stuck. Was going to look up someone to call and brought in the mail and in the valpak was your coupon,so I called. Pete explained everything to me, had a trainee w/him,and did a great job. Had to replace all hardware, very satisfied, and think both of your employees had great people skills. It seems Pete is very enthusiastic about his job and you should be proud to have him for an employee. If any problems arise, I will not hesitate to call, not like when my door was installed, and I am sure you will come and fix it with no problem. Great experience so far and definitely would recommend Precision. Also, thank you for your timely manner in which you came, called on Wed. arrived on Thurs.

Pete carefully diagnosed the problems gave options for what could be done and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. On 1/11/14, Brian serviced our garage door which was not closing properly. He installed new springs and safety cables, and lubricated the moving parts. My garage door did not close properly, it went up and down frequently when we needed to close it by remote control. I called up the company in the morning around 9:30am and Mr. Brian B arrived at around 11:30am, much sooner than I expected. Mr. B is very skillful and professional. He found out the issues right away after he examined the door and the control system, and explained the issues to me clearly. Everything got fixed within half an hour. Mr. B also offered me some extra knowledge about the door. I would recommend Mr. Brian B to anyone who needs help with garage door.
