I hear your concern. Please be assured that our prices, while not the cheapest in the industry, give us the ability to provide you with the best trained and supplied technicians in the industry. We show up with a fully stocked truck, fully insured, background checked and drug screened. All these things cost money. I can only hope that the next company you call takes as much pride in who they send, how they send them and what they send them with.

Your service almost didn't happen. I'm glad it did because the serviceman who finally showed up, Rich, was great. He was very honest and told me my options. I had scheduled this a few days ago and was supposed to have Scott arrive between 8 and noon. No one showed up and no one called. An hour later I called and was told someone else, Vinny, would be coming shortly. AGAIN no one showed up and no one called. I called again and was told Vinny was running late & would I like to reschedule. Honestly? I took time off from work to be home for this repair and now nobody was available - and your Web site says emergency service available. This made no sense and so I called another company. That was when Rich showed up (without having called me). Had the other company called me back I would've sent him away. He did try to apologize and make amends, all to his credit and now I am very satisfied. With all this tho, do you think I'd recommend your company to others?

My garage door had problems closing. Scott M looked at the hardware and found the lenses to be malfunctioning and replaced them. He also noted that many other pieces were also in need of replacing. He replaced the drive unit, car remote and keypad. He explained everything in detail and I understood what was needed. Scott was a very competent technician, communication was excellent and his personality was very nice. I would highly recommend him.

We contacted Precision based on the reviews we read at this site. From the very first contact, up until the completion of our service, we were greeted with knowledgeable people who had the greatest customer service skills ever. Our service technician was Tim, and he was an awesome service guy! He showed up when he said he would. He explained to us every single thing he needed to do BEFORE he started the job. He worked quietly and efficiently. When the job was done, it was like he was never there - that's how well he cleaned up his workspace. We are pleased with the level of service we got from Tim. We are pleased with the product we purchased from Precision. But we are even more happy with the lifetime guarantee on their work!! I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service again and again. You will NOT be disappointed at all.

Always punctual and professional. Was informed the problem had nothing to do with the doors and saw what the technician meant. Because of the uneven entry floor the weatherproofing allows some water to enter.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. However,the prices of some of the work was very expensive. The cost to install cables was XXX dollars. To me that is very expensive when the technician was already at your house. I can understand the price, if he came here specifically to change cables. Needless to say I will not be using precision again and I will not recommend
