I highly recommend Precision. I recently moved and wanted to get my garage doors repaired and purchase a new remote so I called and scheduled an appointment easily. Doug came right on time and realigned the sensors and gave me two new remotes which he programmed-all was great. Unfortunately one of the two doors stopped functioning properly so I called for him to return and he realized that the door itself was knocking the sensor when it went up and down...so he reattached the sensor to the wall and all was good as new. No charge for the return and I like that they stood behind their work 100%.

I was extremely impressed by the quality of service I received on the purchase and installation of my new garage door openers. My technician, Pete, was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to size up my needs and wants perfectly. He worked hard all afternoon on the installation of the two openers and gave me informative and concise instructions on the openers' functionality. I have to believe that your technicians are your greatest asset if they are all like Pete!

Kevin came on short notice today, dealt with a problem that turned out to be entirely different than what he had been led to believe over the phone, and worked incredibly hard in freezing cold temperatures. When I searched online for someone to repair my door (it had frozen and then come off the safety release pull), I found that my next door neighbors (who always do their research!) used Precision and highly recommended them. Now I have to agree, it is good to know they send people who have been thoroughly vetted. Brian was knowledgeable and even though I ended up spending more than I had intended and had my door rebuilt- it was worth it. The door now moves easily and is much quieter to operate- it used to wake up the children! He even changed the light bulb for me :).

Our garage door opener stopped working and Precision was able to send a technician over the next day. We ended up having to replace the entire lift system, which was a lot more than we were hoping to spend, but Gaetano did a good job and in about an hour we had a new lift system, keypad and remote controls

Doug was courteous, mannerly and efficient. Problem for repair turned out to be that the 3rd roller from the bottom right side of the garage door (looking from outside) was out of the track. It even came out again after it was thought to have been be repaired by Doug, causing Doug to get it back in, and then tighten the vertical track rails. Hopefully this problem is now corrected, and the roller will stay in the track. A new keypad was also installed by Doug.

He estimated about an hour for his work and was true to his word, walking me through the final job and explaining the warranty. I highly recommend their service, and Bob Z in particular.

What a Company, a pleasure to do business with...told me 12 to 4 arrival time...arrived at around 1:00...tech Tim knew exactly what the promblem was...needed a new opener cracked housing...installed a belt driven liftmaster WOW WOW WOW super quite costly but i think it will be worth every penny....Tech Tim knows his garage doors in and out in very little time...friendly worked clean...will use again and again

We had Precision install a new opener a month ago but, the tech didn't do the necessary spring and roller work necessary so we still were having some trouble with it. To Precision's credit a different tech, Brandon arrived today to trouble shoot. Brandon waived the appointment fee, as is fair, but found the trouble spots the original installer missed. He was pleasant, meticulous about the work, apologetic that it wasn't done the first time and restored our confidence in Precision.
