Now a spring had broken on my garage door, and other parts were worn out. He replaced both springs, all the rollers, cables, etc. Everything works well now. Thanks!

Pete did a great job explaining the various options I had to sync our new keypad. We had purchased a "universal" remote; however, it wasn't the correct one to work with our very old opener/motor. We were able to purchase a new keypad from Precision & have it installed right then and there since they carry many different products to solve your garage door problems right on their trucks. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience from the time I made the appointment which was done very professionally & she reassured me someone would call before they came. Pete called on his way to the appointment which I really appreciated. He was professional,yet friendly and was able to accomplish the job very quickly. I would definitely call Precision again!

Precision has now installed 2 new Lift Masters at my home. They call back, they call ahead, they show up on time and they do the work without issue. The trucks make a good appearance and the techs are always neat and professional. They Explain what needs to be done and they never have to "go back to the shop" mid-repair. It is also good to know that Precision does background checks and drug tests on their employees. Highly recommended.

I have to say I was skeptical when I called since I had received the coupon in Val Pak. I called the number and was able to have someone come out on a Saturday in just 7 days. Scott was who we had for a service person and he was wonderful. He went through everything and did not try and sell us something we did not need. He repaired everything and the door is like new. Plus the bonus was that he cleaned up everything and you would never have known he was here. I would call them again in a second. Pricing was exactly what he said it would be and I did not feel robbed. Best service I have seen in a long time. Love them!!!!
