Precision answered their phone immediately . I had a Doc Appt and my car was stuck in my garage. I had a list of errands to complete. Call Precision, set up a SAME DAY appointment, lyft to Doc. When I returned I got a message that Tom was running a little late but was still in the window of time. Tom called a few min later to say he was on his way. Gave us three estimate, worked with our needs and got everything done in time for me to get my errands done. Bravo!

Christian Gutierrez from Precision Garage Doors provided us with same day service to fix our jammed 30-year-old garage door. He made it completely functional again. Only when prompted, did he also review replacement options with me by showing me each option that I was considering on his ipad, complete with a price and picture of the final look. He was patient and a good listener who translated ideas into quotes that optimized between price and looks. Overall - EXCELLENT service! Door designer Damien Gilbertson was extremely helpful in seeing that we ordered just what we were looking for and was able to answer all of my concerns that I had regarding the installation. The two installers, Wilmer and Tim were also a pleasure to work with. The way that your company communicates with its customers and informs them about its employees with their photos and short bios is really unique and a nice way to make customers like me, feel comfortable about the work that will be taking place. I used Precision Garage Door Service because I knew they were local and did good work. I needed a new garage door opener with a battery back up due to increasing frequency of brown outs at my condo. The technician also diagnosed some issues with a spring, roller and the cables, so I opted in for the best garage door opener they had and replacement of parts that needed it to head off any future problems. The tech had everything needed on his truck and all work was done in 1.5 hours. Money very well spent.
