We were very impressed with the service we received from Precision. I called yesterday and was given an appointment today for repair of a garage door. The technician, Chris, was on time and, as promised, called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. We were very impressed with Chris's professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. He gave us two choices for repair of the door--short term (cheaper) and long term, with absolutely no pressure to do the latter (which we did). We would certainly use Precision for any future work, and would request that Chris do the work. We could not have been more pleased with Chris or the work he did.

Chris was great. He explained everything fully, and we discussed going from just replacing the springs to doing the full rebuild package. I am not usually one who can be up sold on the spot. I like to do my research first. Chris explained the reason behind the rebuild and did a great job walking me through the upgrade process, and it made sense. As a technician he did a great job, and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. He put 120# springs on the door, but didn't feel fully comfortable with the result. He went up to 130# springs, and found he liked them even less. He took his time to make sure the door was set right after replacing everything. I'm very happy with the product so far, and extremely happy with the service. I will be recommending your company to my friends and neighbors.

I appreciate Precision being able to send someone out same day, especially in the cold weather. Chris called in advance with an estimated arrival time that was right on point. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple options. You can't beat this level of service, especially for a garage door in 18 degree weather. Hands down - 5 stars!

First, a strong 5 rating! Second, your site was very professional and impressive. We also desired Same-Day service. Last and most importantly is the service technician, Chris Karnacewicz, who came to our home. He was knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. I still can't believe he fixed this door by himself. On top of that, he was so very nice and respectful. He is a 'gold standard' for service quality… and a real asset to your company. I would rate excellent, except a bit more expensive than competition. The weekend service is a BONUS in spite of that. Another downside is, only one remote for my door, and WAY too high for a spare from you (one third your price on internet) Technician was a good guy, but I can say me being around made the job a lot better for him, as we teamed to do a few things, like why the old opener was not working, might be a good idea to have two guys on some jobs. Upshot was, replace the old one. All in all very satisfied, just the price point(s) might be a topic.

Dear Mr. Freiday, Thank you for your input via your review. I am glad we were able to accommodate you with a weekend appointment and your overall experience was satisfying and successful. It looks like you have purchased a chain driven motor unit which comes with one remote. If you had chosen the belt driven unit, an extra remote comes with it. The cheapest way to do things is always to do it yourself or buy it online. If you choose to purchase a remote online just be sure you know which type of remote is compatible with your new opener. Also be sure to read about how to program your new remote so you don't wipe out everything that has previously been programmed. Unfortunately speed bumps can't be detected before we go out to a customers house. In the majority of cases, two technicians are not necessary. If there is ever a situation that more than one technician is needed to handle a job, we would reschedule for a time that our service manager can come with the technician to make sure the job can be completed properly.

Chris was my service man and had my garage door repaired and leveled within the 30 minutes he estimated... however, while we were finalizing the invoice, and for the first time in Chris's career, the spring broke and cables were flying over our heads.
