We have been a customer of Precision for over 10 years. They offer quick response, have good level of communication from onset through repair. The current issue with a broken spring on one of the doors offered several levels of repair to both the immediate issue and also long term fixes for the future of that door as well as our second door. The technician was thorough, explained what issue existed and probable future issues to one or both doors. Ultimately we decided to do the least amount of repair, the one that allowed the door to become functional now, and hopefully will have several years of usage before any other repairs might be needed. The only issue we had was the very costly 3 options that were originally presented: good, better, best. At a vulnerable time to do a repair, the costs seemed very high. So we chose the most "watered down" repair to get the door working. When we need to address future repairs, we hope to be better prepared with the costs and offerings, as we will do our homework and "shop around" other servers.

When I moved into my condo, the keypad and garage door remotes were not working properly. I’m so glad that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. John arrived promptly, assessed my situation, explained the problem with my system and clearly explained the possible options available. John installed a new system and also changed the rollers and springs. When done, he clearly demonstrated the new keypad and remote. I couldn’t believe how quietly the garage door now opened! I am having buyers remorse after using your company. In hindsight I see that I was way overcharged for the service received. I accept full responsibility for allowing that to happen. I should have challenged the pricing before agreeing to the work. That being said, I will not be recommending Precision Door Services should I be asked. Later I will be going on social media to describe my experience with this company. I purchased 2 springs, 2 cables, 4 pulleys and 10 rollers. The drop down box below will only allow me to choose one item.
