We were very impressed with the service & professionalism of the repair man that came out. He made the job seem quite simple and work beyond 8 pm to make sure the job was completed. I called after 10pm on a Friday night and was sent an email telling me someone would be at my house between 1 and 5 Saturday. At 1pm or so the truck pulled up a very nice young man hopped out went to work and replaced springs on both doors and was done by 230. Never have I received such great service. I called precision door service because my garage door was opening and closing on its own randomly. I called in and was able to get same day service without paying extra! The technician they sent out Rob Z called and gave me an hours notice before arriving. When he arrived Rob was very professional and as I explained my issues he was able to diagnose the problem quickly as well as point out other issues I was not aware of. Rob explained I needed new pulleys, springs, rollers, and a switch. I approved the work after Rob explained all the costs and got me an exact price. After Rob finished the garage door worked flawlessly better than I have ever seen it the entire time I have owned my home. I absolutely recommend Precission door service! Not long after I moved to my new house, the cables came loose off my garage door. Rob Z. was the technician who came out to service my garage, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, noting that the previous owners made a repair using equipment for a heavier door, forcing the motor to work harder. Rob Z was very courteous, and clearly explained the issues, as well as the pending resolution. In the end, due to the age of the motor in my home, and my concerns that there would be additional issues, I decided to pull the trigger on a new opener. Rob Z went through the options with me, and was clear with the pricing so that there were no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. Rob did a great job with the install, and managed to remain positive and courteous, despite working on one of the coldest days this winter. The lifetime warranty makes me feel better about committing to a new opener. Also, I highly recommend Rob Z as a technician. He provided great service, and is a great representative for Precision Door. I would use Precision again, based off this experience.

So my garage door stopped opening and closing suddenly and when I called they were willing to have someone come here immediately. I was willing to wait a couple days so they gave me an 8AM to 12PM window. By 8:20AM, a very polite gentleman by the name of Rob Z. called and informed me that he was on his way and should be there in 20 minutes depending on traffic. 20 minutes later on the dot he pulls up, introduces himself and gets to work checking on the problem. 5 minutes later the problem is identified as a problem with the motor that can be fixed at about half the price of a new motor. He helped me with the decision to replace the motor based on the age of it and its life expectancy as well as how long I intended to live at my home going forward. He then went over the different motor options and again was very helpful in that decision as well. He had all the necessary equipment to replace the motor and gave me an estimate of 1.5 hours. An hour and 15 minutes later he helped me program the keypad outside, I paid for it very simply with a credit card, and I was done! So although this process was made very simple and was done in a timely fashion it just got even better a whole two weeks later! I actually inadvertently deprogrammed all remotes including the keypad outside. I downloaded the manual but was unsuccessful at reprogramming it. Remembering that he helped me program it, I reached out to him on a Friday night at dinnertime via email. Not expecting a response until Monday at the earliest, he responded 15 minutes later with instructions not even included with the manual! He had the exact code that I needed that I could not find after over an hour of research - on a Friday night! If that's not dedication to your job, I don't know what is! Thank you Rob for a great experience and I highly recommend you to all and hope Precision knows what a great employee you are! Thanks again!
