May not be the cheapest, but well worth the cost when it comes to garage doors that are critical to your home and see high usage. Would recommend 100 percent without hesitation.

John was very professional describing the job that needed to be done. Gave us a new remote opener and programmed it so we could press any number to open. He even cleaned the leaves out of our garage so they would not interfere with the sensors. He was Very nice and professional. Would be happy to have him service our garage door every time. You should be pleased to have him as an employee.

Excellent service. Called this morning. I was told someone could be here between 10 and 2. A bit after 10, the service tech called to tell me that he was on a job that would last about 1 1/2 hours and would be to me right after. He then called again when he was about 20 minutes away. Great communication. The tech was fantastic. He diagnosed my problem quickly, put an estimate together and was done in about 30 minutes. Thanks, John. You were just great. I really appreciate the Precision service.

Precision installed a new belt drive door opener today. I found dealing with Precision easy. They showed up when they Promised, even called ahead to advise they were on their way. Bryan the installer was very pleasant and professional. He was also very neat and efficient and there was not any extra movement during the install. Brian and Phil we're very professional. They new exactly what to do to repair my opener... The job was completed to the minute.. they clean the mess and then some..I was very comfortable using these to gentalmen. I would definitely recommend them..
