We were having a problem with our garage door opening on its own repeatedly.I called your office and Rob came a few hours later.After testing everything he resolved our problem,reset everything and changed our codes which solved the problem. Rob was our initial tech installer and was familiar with our system.As always he was polite,cheerful and explained every step needed to fix the issue.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Chris evaluated the existing system , listened to my concerns about the systems , wrote his evaluation with the estimate to do the repair. The estimate was fair , in my opinion, and he had the work done in a very reasonable amount of time. he went through everything he did, showed that the doors operated as expected, set the remotes and the keypad code. Truly outstanding work all in one trip. He had everything he needed on the truck , no running to Home Depot or the shop to get stuff. I am very happy!

Within 24 hours of my request for service, a company representative contacted me and setup an appointment for the very same day. The technician, Ryan Murphy, arrived on schedule, was extremely helpful and provided an assessment of problem. He discussed with me all the options available to resolve my issue and let me choose the option that best fit my need. The job was completed on time and according go agreed upon work tasks. When finished, Ryan provided me with an overall of the workings of the accessories and most important gave me a paper manual so I could review it at my convenience. I would request Ryan again in the future should I have any future work to be done for a garage opener. Great job!

Two garage doors serviced/repaired. Called late in the day on Monday. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday between 8 and 12. Ferdinand called at 8:15 and said he’d be here at 8:30. Right on time. Reviewed the worked that needed to be completed. Said it would take about 2 hours and 1 hr and 45 min later done. Ferdinand was fantastic. He took the time to review the work completed in detail. Very friendly, informative and professional.
