This was my second time using Precision Door Service, this time to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The company is excellent and technician was Lou Rowek - extremely courteous and professional. He took all the necessary precautions due to COVID-19 while he was working in my garage. Lou is great technician, he explained all the details of what was wrong and how he planned to fix them. Lou ended up replacing everything, pulleys, rollers, cables, springs and the bottom door seal and it works better than ever. I highly recommend Precision and Lou!

The technician arrived timely. He spent a while examining the operation of my door in detail. Then because there was nothing to fix Precision elected to waive the charge for the visit. Wow!

Didn't get to finish! Cleaned the tracks for the new rollers. He was careful about health safety necessary at this time and polite; answered questions. Hopefully it will all work well for the years ahead! The technician called me in my ohone at 7:30 am today saying he will arrive at 8:00 am. He arrived at my house at 8:03 am. He stared the work and finished after 35 minutes. They installed a garage door trolley or support to ptevent the door from sagging. There was no charge for this service.

You don't wait long for appointment (next day for me, a non-emergency), they work on weekends at no extra charge, and the tech calls you before coming. They also text and email you a picture and bio of tech before they arrive. Our tech, Rob, did a great job. Diagnosed the problem and did the job quickly and efficiently. Also adhered to strict covid precautions, which was much appreciated. This is a great company and a pleasure to work with.
