from the first time I called Precision, I was pleased with the professional treatment that I received. Tim Rainey was the responding technician and he was the best. He explained everything in detail and made helpful suggestions to fit my needs. He was friendly and patient despite the many questions that I asked. He also helped me set the remotes up in my cars. I only wish all technicians were like Tim. Thanks for the quick response. I highly recommend Precision to anyone and you can't go wrong if you request Tim.

I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

Brian H. was great! Our remote keypad wasn't working and was replaced under warranty. Brian called ahead, was very professional and friendly and completed the repair quickly. I greatly appreciate that the company sends emails, texts, and phone calls ahead of time with photos identifying company reps. In this day and age that is so important and comforting! I highly recommend Precision.

I had my garage doors installed in 2006 by Precision. Even at that time they had great prices, quick service and did excellent work. Recently (Dec 2018) a cable was broke and the bracket for the track fell off the ceiling, so the track was hanging and the garage door was jammed. This happened at 4:45PM. I called Precision and by 5PM they dispatched a technician over. Eric was onsite at 5:45PM and in one hour he completed the repairs. Amazing that within 2 hours from onset of problem to back to normal. I took off 1 star as Precision did not have my records from 2006 and I had to show my receipts/work orders for the install done in 2006. Luckily I am organized and I have all my paperwork filed.

On Dec.11th, I had a appointment to have my garage door opener check. John my tech confirmed what I thought. Replacement after 20 plus years. John was extremetly professional in explaining my options and identified other areas of wear & tear. I was very pleased with John's knowledge and workmanship. When I saw their coupon in the mailer I decided to give Precision a try for my garage door that was getting old and making a lot of noise when opening and closing. I don't hesitate giving them a 5 star rating in all aspects from my initial phone call to set up the service call, to the on time arrival of the technician and the friendly service that is so unusual these days. My technician, Tim Rainey was courteous and took the time to explain all the aspects and options of the repair to make my old door work like new again. I would recommend Precision Door of Northern NJ to my friends and neighbors as well as anyone reading these customer reviews. Knowing what is out there today, it was a pleasure to deal with Tim and experience that good old fashion service.

I'm a return customer. Years ago Precision installed a new garage door opener. Because I was thoroughly pleased with the entire experience and impressed with their professionalism and skill, when we needed to replace the very old door itself without hesitation I contacted Precision. They did not disappoint - without any sales pressure there was a very helpful explanation of the many options available followed by a clear estimate. The fine installation by technicians who paid attention to every detail was impressive. Our installation was tricky/out of the ordinary so Kyle said that he would return later in the week with a part which will improve the the door's performance even though I did not notice anything wrong. He really cares about the quality of his work.

Lou presented me with all available options and explained exactly what needed to be done and what did not need immediate attention. The bio I received prior to his visit was a great touch. Lou attended college (Scranton) which competed with my son's school (Catholic) in baseball. We had some laughs. Overall an excellent experience and I will recommend Precision.
