Ryan M. was fantastic from the word go! I loved the introduction text and email that introduced him prior to arriving at my home. He was polite, friendly and patient with me and all of my questions! He installed a new garage door opener and my garage door had a complete overhaul basically replacing every possible part on the door. Ryan explained everything in great detail and he was extremely knowledgeable. We need to have the same service performed on our other garage door and I will schedule this with Ryan M. at a later date. This process is costly and I almost postponed the whole thing but Ryan M. suggested that I maybe just do the one door now and do the other one another time. I trusted his advice and was so impressed with his expertise and I am so glad I did! I can’t imagine any other company delivering this type of result so it’s well worth the money!! I chose the belt driven opener because Ryan M. explained the benefits of the quieter belt driven model. My garage is right below my bedroom and with everyone in and out at different times of day and night, the door opening would wake us up. Not anymore! It’s life changing. Thank you Ryan M. and Precision Door! We will see you again soon for the other door!
