Technician, Kevin, was punctual, professional, explained service in detail, and installed equipment accurately and efficiently. I was overwhelmed how courteous the entire team at Precision was. Company sent an alert with picture of technician (added security measure) and Kevin was conscious about protecting all entities during this COVID pandemic.
