When I saw their coupon in the mailer I decided to give Precision a try for my garage door that was getting old and making a lot of noise when opening and closing. I don't hesitate giving them a 5 star rating in all aspects from my initial phone call to set up the service call, to the on time arrival of the technician and the friendly service that is so unusual these days. My technician, Tim Rainey was courteous and took the time to explain all the aspects and options of the repair to make my old door work like new again. I would recommend Precision Door of Northern NJ to my friends and neighbors as well as anyone reading these customer reviews. Knowing what is out there today, it was a pleasure to deal with Tim and experience that good old fashion service.

I'm a return customer. Years ago Precision installed a new garage door opener. Because I was thoroughly pleased with the entire experience and impressed with their professionalism and skill, when we needed to replace the very old door itself without hesitation I contacted Precision. They did not disappoint - without any sales pressure there was a very helpful explanation of the many options available followed by a clear estimate. The fine installation by technicians who paid attention to every detail was impressive. Our installation was tricky/out of the ordinary so Kyle said that he would return later in the week with a part which will improve the the door's performance even though I did not notice anything wrong. He really cares about the quality of his work.

My 17 year old chain driven garage door opener was acting up and the conclusion was that it was time to replace it. Lou presented me with all available options and explained exactly what needed to be done and what did not need immediate attention. The bio I received prior to his visit was a great touch. Lou attended college (Scranton) which competed with my son's school (Catholic) in baseball. We had some laughs. Overall an excellent experience and I will recommend Precision.

Moved to a new home and did not like the way the garage door opener performed. I called Precision because I was very satisfied with the product and service they had provided in my previous home. Louis arrived in the time scheduled. He listened to my concerns, we picked a garage opener that would meet my concerns, he also worked on the rollers, cables, springs and pulley. In 2 hours the garage door opener was installed and he demonstrated its features and functions.

This company is awesome! I have used them several times over the years and have always been pleased by their great customer service. Their technicians call and keep you informed where they are in their service visits and when they expect to get to you. Company sends name and photo of service rep, which is a great security feature. Service technician John Delpiu today was terrific and replace the garage door opener, springs, belts, etc. all in under an hour.

I had callled Precision because my garage door was not closing properly. Luigi arrived on time, introduced himself, asked me some questions relative to my garage door issue and then Luigi observed the movement of the door. Within seconds (no exaggeration) Luigi solved the problem. I could not have been happier. The lense on the sensor had a some type of debris stuck on it. The debris was not obvious. I had missed it several times. Luigi offered to upgrade my sensors and even provided me with a quote. In closing I must comment how professional and knowledgeable Luigi was. He is a credit to Precision. I will not hesitate to contact Precision for my next garage door problem. Thanks for a job done well..

On Dec.11th, I had a appointment to have my garage door opener check. John my tech confirmed what I thought. Replacement after 20 plus years.
