I am glad my wife chose to call Precision For new garage door opener. Fronm get go every one connected to arrange appointment to the actual installation was caring, courteous and prompt. We were kept well informed throughout via email, text . Chris arrived promptly, reviewed our need and gave us good recommendation of the Liftmaster opener to install at a reasonable price. I agreed and Chris completed the install professionally and promptly as he had all the products in his well appointed truck. Chris also programmed opener in my car, and outsde the garage door frame. The unit works very well, is much quiter than our old unit. I was able to set up MyQ App easily.

The rails for my garage door had been disassembled 15 years ago to make my garage into a gym. Now that all of the gym equipment is gone, I wanted my garage back. It seemed like an easy task, just put 25+ year old rails back up so my garage door will work!. Matt was determined to make my existing equipment work. I am grateful for the work he did and that he took the to review the changes with me once he was done - including the safety measures he added due to my old springs!. Thanks Matt!

Kevin deserves 5 stars! He installed two new garage door openers, realigned the door sensors, and helped program the door keypad all in an hour! He was professional, informative, and honest. Precision answered my questions during an online chat last night. I was able to set up an appointment for today. The technician Brian was very friendly and professional. He gave me options of what he could do to fix my garage door problems and let me decided what work I wanted done. He and his partner fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. The door runs smoothly now and I am very pleased. I recommend Precision to others looking for fast reliable service.
