We called Precision on a Saturday when our (25 year old) garage door finally gave up the ghost and were able to arrange an appointment for the Monday. The weather had different plans however and we had to do some re-scheduling to the storm. The people at Precision were very accommodating and we were able to re schedule for later the same week. The technician who arrived was knowledgeable, efficient and comnmunicated with us throughout his examination of the old door mechanism. At 25 it needed to be brought out back and shot... The tech was able there and then to quote us an estimate for replacement and once agreed, set about completely replacing the motor (and all the parts except the garage door itself). It took hours to get the job done but the technician stayed at it till after dark and installed a state of the art smart door for us on the day. The price was as estimated and the work was pristine. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, covid awareness and expertise of the entire team at Precision and especially the man that performed the work on-site. 10/10 for a very thorough job done well.

Hi, Tino was my installer for my 2 new garage doors opens. He was very polite and knew the product very well. He cleaned up every thing up was he was done. But most important he made sure everything work correctly and also made sure that the Wi-fi on the openers was installed on our phones and showed us the operations and also the safety features built in. I think if every company should have employees like Tino

I called Precision in the morning and a few hours later Chris arrived. He was punctual, professional, and easy to talk to. After assessing my doors, he provided recommendations and pricing. I did not feel pressured at all. When he was finished he reviewed what he did and tested the doors, which were quiet and ran smoothly. Overall it was a very positive experience working with Chris! I whole heartedly recommend Precision!!!

Two years ago I needed service on my garage door. Phil came to service the garage door. Last Friday the garage door motor gear shaft broke after 21 years of service and I had the lift master garage door installed today. The technician was on time knowledgeable and did a great job.....highly recommend.

Great customer experience! From the call to schedule an appointment ( easy and friendly) to the work that was done at my home to address repairs needed, this company was great. Chris was excellent, he clearly explained what the problem was, gave me options and was extremely friendly and professional. He completed the work within an hour and did a quality job. We’ve used Precision to service our LiftMaster openers since we built our house 21 years ago and we’ve NEVER been disappointed! When we needed new garage doors, their sales person, Tammy, came out and was totally prepared, extremely knowledgeable and carefully listened to what our needs were. She made three suggestions, gave us accurate quotes on the spot and went out of her way to call another client to take a photo of their installed doors, so we could see how they looked on the inside of the garage. Tammy also met us early on Saturday morning to show us more samples of different manufacturers and an actual door from Fimble, the company we were most interested in. She was so informative and nice! We ended up with the perfect doors for us and we never felt pushed into the sale or upsold. Dealing with Tammy was a pleasure and we would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a high quality product and great customer service.

You guys were fantastic! Before calling Precision I reached out to another company and had what could only be described as a horrendous experience. The technician repeatedly lied to me and never showed up. To compound the problem, the Company never reached out to me to discuss. From the minute I contacted Precision, the experience was first class. The email and text confirmations were fantastic, I was always kept informed and the service was excellent. Chris in particular did a fantastic job, I felt like I was treated fairly and I will definitely use Precision again should the need arise.
