Awesome technician did a great job. Professional, clean, explained everything clearly. When scheduling, know there is a charge just for the appointment, and be sure to ask how much additional charge for parts beyond the motor of a new garage door opener. My own fault for not asking, but I felt a little blindsided by the final bill.

I hate to leave a review if it isn’t good, I called precision door due to being confused as to complete my door install, Unfortunately I was confused as to what serv I received, besides the poor attitude the tech had, He left with me even more confused then I was before he arrived, With my door still not operational on top of all I was $286.00 poorer then I was before his arrival. The whole objective of calling precision door was to make my life easier and that obviously was not the case.. Sad to say I will not use this company again nor will I refer to anyone..

Our garage door cable snapped with cause the springs to compressed. A neighbor who recently used your service recommended your company. The representative that took the call was very professional and understanding. She even tried to get us a same day emergency service but was notable to. We got an appointment for the following day with a 12-4 window. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call around Noon that the service technician would not arrive until later in the appointment window so I can go do errands if I wanted to instead of sitting around waiting. The technician was very courteous and professional. He identified himself, asked to see where the issue was and after examining the issue, he explained my options the price for each option and the work necessary to rectify the issue. He was very meticulous in explaining what I was signing for when a signature was required. I had a very good experience and a great technician that represented your company well

We were out of the country for the week while my parents watched the house for us. They noticed the sprocket on the garage door motor broke, only allowing manual opening & closing of the garage door at the time. They notified me right away & I was able to go on the pdsnj.com website to chat w/ a live operator last week who scheduled me at my earliest convenient time, which was today Sunday 9/21/19, 8a-12p time slot. Roberto was our technician, noted the problem immediately & offered 3 options. Upon his recommendation, we chose to replace the motor & old chain driven assembly. After all our unit was 14yrs old & was due for an upgrade. Roberto told us the job would be completed in an hour & he was dead on. We love our new 8550WLED belt driven & super quiet Liftmaster garage door opener which comes w/ 2 traditional remotes. We opted for the keyfob remotes instead to replace the traditional ones. Btw, this is our 2nd time using PDSNJ & couldn't be happier. Thanks again PDS & Roberto for the awesome service!!!

I made an initial call to your company because my garage door opener didn't work. You were referred to me from Dennis/Denise Shann, who spoke very highly of your service and products. (They mentioned Ed's name) Phil Demeo, was the technician who called me ahead to announce his call and he did arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledible in answering all my questions. He assessed my door and wrote up two estimates for me. I will make a decision within the next week . No work was performed today. I would rate your company five stars to this point, in keeping your customers informed from the initial call as to each step and Your interest in resolving my problem.

I think I called just past 9 am and had a text and confirmed appointment for 10 am!!! Brian immediately diagnosed and shared with me all the options as my garages hadn't been serviced since 2003. Brian explained everything clearly and concisely. We decided due to my budget constraints to completely replace all parts, springs, pullies on both doors and install a completely new silent Wi-Fi enabled belt-driven garage door opener on one door. The work was impeccable. I will request Brian next month to complete the other garage door opener for sure. 10 year warranty on parts and labor for the work and functional garage doors has me at peace!

I called Precision on a recommendation by a neighbor. Brian arrived within an hour and quickly got to work replacing a broken torsion spring. He inspected everything else and we chatted about a few future upgrades. I will use Precision again, as needed.

I get a lot of advertising from your company and at the same times I get advertising from Door To Door. I have used your company a total of 3 times now (each time $600 plus), although expensive I have been very satisfied with the work done and the technicians that did it, as well as the fast and prompt service. However, I find your advertising to be very misleading in a lot of ways. For example, who knew that the waiving of the service fee when the installation of a new garage door opener was done was considered a promotion and or discount, thereby disallowing me the $50.00 off coupon for any Liftmaster opener??!! The technician Tommy called the office and all they would give me was $25.00 not $50.00. It does not make sense Also, did I get the free trolley shield mentioned below? And what about the Senior Citizen Discount. Please be sure Owner Doug sees this review, otherwise I will call him as the email suggests. Thx.

My technician, Louis Rowek, was terrific! He explained everything that he was going to do and why he was doing it. He checked all parts and I feel he was extremely honest in giving me his expert opinion of what was needed and what parts were working just fine. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My garage was not in the neatest of conditions, but Lou worked around it and was very neat during the entire process.
