I called Precision because my garage door would not close when the weather got very cold. Christopher was excellent, so I am giving him a 5-star rating. However, Chris was the second technician to come to my home. The first technician (Joshua) replaced several parts to my garage door, but the next time there was cold weather, the door still didn't close. I called Precision again and they sent out Christopher, who was able to diagnose and fix the problem--bad sensors. I have very mixed feelings about using Precision in the future or recommending the company to my neighbors because I spent a lot of money with Joshua on parts I didn't need that didn't address the problem I was having.

Could not be more professional from start to finish. Constant communication, Bio and pic of technician, track arrival, professional appearance, demeanor and quality of work. Chris did a rebuild February of 2018. Could not be more pleased, was worth the cost. December 2018, "J" arm became detached from garage door, my fault. Chris had it repaired in 40 minutes. Included an overall inspection, repair and any necessary tweaking. No oversell or unnecessary repairs. Chris was recommended to us in April & I asked for him specifically in December.

I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product.
