Excellent service from scheduling the appointment, to the service performed. The technician, Kevin Nix was very professional, informative and courteous. He explained that given the age of the garage door opener, the gears were stripped and a new one needed to be installed. He gave me different options, answered my questions and then installed a new opener and keypad. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.

Also would like to tell you I upgraded to the Model 8550 Quite Motor and it is just working so very quite, and your tech Pete was very help full in explaining the qualities of the unit and is a very knowledge on your products. I would recommend your company to anyone. I am also referring a friend to your company from near by Rockland County NY. Rating 5 star. My experience was excellent overall with the job.

Called for garage door opener repair. Was able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. Gaetano called when he was about 20 minutes away, so I didn't have to sit in my house waiting all day. He was very pleasant when he showed up. He assessed the problem, fixed it fairly quickly and made some recommendations for the future without being overly pushy. He was the utmost professional with a bit of a personal touch, without being too chatty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Precision has serviced our garage doors this year. They respond quickly and completely, sending excellent technicians. A cable shredded on one of our doors. Gaetano arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and did it. He answered any questions we had. We are thinking of getting new doors. Gaetano's answers were not a sales pitch, just informative. We are grateful for that and will get new doors this spring.

I called and got an appointment for service the next day. A 4 hour window was given and the operator took all pertinent information. The day of the appointment, Lou called 30 minutes before arrival. Lou arrived right on time. Personable, knowledgeable, pride of ownership are words I would use to describe Lou. My 29 year old garage door now works as good as new, all new parts were installed and Lou was thorough, making sure every last detail was covered. Money WELL spent!!
