My spring broke, my opener was failing, and everything else was old so replaced springs, pulleys, cables, and opener. Precision Door is one of those companies that actually delivers on expectation. I have had some bad experience with companies that send sales people to the house...high pressure..sign now...none of that with Precision. Ricky, the sales person, couldn't have been more helpful while walking me through choices..he's great at his job. Then Rodrigo showed up to install..within the promised time line and made fast work of the installation. He, also, was very experienced and polite, easy to talk with. He had to reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete a small task, and again, both he and the company delivered on their promise. I highly reccommend Precision Door...they have a really good business model..hire high quality people to deliver their high quality products and services.

I called Precision and Chris showed up that same day. We discussed what I wanted done and he started the work that day. He needed parts to finish and came back the next morning right on time. We needed a new garage door opener when our current one failed. Vincent D. was our tech. He explained what we needed and was friendly and professional. When we needed additional service a few weeks later (the door did not come down all the way) he came back to fix it. I have used this company twice, for 2 different garage doors. Both techs were knowledgable and friendly. I think they are a little pricey but they are reliable and prompt. Their product is grade A (Liftmaster ) and in this case you get what you pay for.
