Because of his expertise and patience in dealing with my husband at home and conferencing in me from work, we decided to go with the new door. It was another great experience using Precision. Lew, the technician, had done a fantastic job repairing the garage door problem previously, and this time we needed a new motor. He arrived right on time, checked what needed to be done and got to work, very efficiently. Upon completion, he was careful to explain everything and to double-check that everything was in order. As the last time, he was professional, friendly and super-efficient. Precision seems to have great employees and they do a terrific job. I had my garage door opener replaced following a lightening strike. I am very satisfied with the replacement opener and the service was excellent. I received an advance email informing me of the technician that would be servicing my garage to include a photo for identification. On the day of the appointment Rob, the technician, called to tell me what time he would arrive. He arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He could have done a repair but based on the overall age and condition of the old opener I opted to replace. In addition to installing the opener he noticed that I did not have the proper springs for the weight of my door and took the time to explain not only the safety aspects involved but the impact on the gears. He also noticed that the door did not have safety cables in case a spring broke in the future (which had ocurred in the past). When the job was completed he showed me a surge protector that he installed in case of a future lightening strike. Very professional business transaction from start to finish and the price, including installation, was quite reasonable. I recommend Precision and will use them again in the future should the need arise. Without reservation I give Precision a five star rating.

We are very pleased with the service performed when we had to replace our garage door opener. Making the appointment was done rapidly and politely. Lou R was our technician and we can not say enough good things about the work he did. He gave us all the options from repair to replacement of our opener. When we decided to replace the opener, he gave us 3 options and explained each one thoroughly. There was NO pressure from Lou. He just explained, answered our questions and when the decision was made, went immediately to work. The installation was performed quickly and the area was completely spotless when he finished. Precision installed 2 garage door openers, cables, rollers… the works… a little over 2 years ago. We needed to have a repair/replacement of the trolley which is located on the track. Rob installed a new trolley kit, checked the cables and springs (readjusted one of them which was rubbing against a beam), and lubricated the hinges of the doors. He was very pleasant and professional. He did not seem to mind that I observed his work and asked questions to help me become more knowledgable.

Your installer, Kevin Nix arrived when he said he would and within an hour we had a new, quieter door opener installed. Our service tech Chris was great! Very knowledgeable and a very nice guy to boot. He was prompt and knew what he was doing. He fixed our garage door that wouldn't stay down and replaced a keypad and checked everything else. We called Precision because they installed our garage doors 10 years ago.

Lou was very helpful and replaced both springs, rollers, wires, etc. The garage door sounds much quieter and runs smoother. There was an issue with one of the wires in my garage and Lou returned two days later to fix it at no charge. I do believe the price for all of the work done was not cheap, but am hoping that I will never have the need to replace the garage door parts again.

Lou, my technician, was on time, courteous, professional and thorough. Would definitely use Precision again and would ask for Lou. He diagnosed the problem and ruled out a damaged sensor. Lou then determined the problem was a damaged sensor electrical wire. Repaired that skillfully. Also installed safety cables on two units which he recommended and i thought it made perfect sense.
