Chris Karnacewicz was my service technician. He was prompt and called me before he arrive which was 10 minutes before his scheduled four hour window arrival time. Christ is a very polite gentlemen who is highly qualified. He quickly examined the entire garage door mechanisms and determined exactly what needed to be done and explained what he was about to do and asked for my concurrence. As soon as he received my approval he retrieved his tools and parts from his well stocked truck and began his repairs without a moments hesitation. I would certainly give Chris five stars plus. Chris knew what he was doing from a technical perspective and from a customer relations perspective he was very respectful and polite. I would say that he is a great asset to your company. I will recommend your company based on the example and service bench mark Chris set on my service call.

I had my door repaired yesterday and worked with Tim. I was thrilled when he called me about one hour prior to arrival so I knew timing for the my Saturday. He was pleasant and friendly. When he arrived we discussed the issues and he actually informed me that the doors were cracked b/c they were incorrectly installed in the first place. His knowledge was incredible and so technical and detailed about both sides. His explanations were thorough and he didn't insist I purchase anything. He also, which I appreciated, told me costs of each thing we discussed as we discussed it and I made my decisions from there. I had no idea who to call and had three companies I called around to and decided on Precision as I saw it was a local company which is something important to me. I have to say I was so happy with the service and Tim and how well the call went I wrote his name down so when my second door goes (and it will) I will ask for him specifically! Tim well represented your company and should be an example for all of your employees on what a stellar technician should be. I wish I worked with people like Tim ... b/c it really isn't that difficult to be friendly, personable and work well with people when you are doing your job. My doors now work and I am incredible happy with the experience start to finish. My invoice was promptly mailed as well since the company isn't using printed invoices. Tim made me sure I would use Precision again and I greatly enjoyed working with him. A++++ for Tim and Precision.

Tim just came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He was extremely professional, thorough and honest. Was told Greg M. would be here for a 12 - 4 appointment today. At 11:42 he called and said he would be to us in about 20 minutes according to his GPS and sure enough - he was! Replaced the spring and advised us on other issues to watch for, as our system is VERY old and tired. He is honest, forthright, and a pleasure to deal with. He is the man we will request when we call Precision to replace our system!!!
