I had a great experience with Precision. Rob Z came by to assess a door which was not operating properly and I showed him my second garage door was not operating at all. I did not intend to buy new doors, but it became apparent through watching him work that I did need new doors. The windows were broken out and one door almost cracked in half when we tried to open it. Rob came inside and showed me the catalog and within a few minutes I had ordered the doors. I told Rob I really could not afford new motors as well and he assured me that mine had a few more years left and did not pressure me at all to even consider new motors. He checked the date on them for me. Rob was so nice and easy going and I just felt his approach made me SEE that I needed new doors, not be told that I needed them. I bought a remote from Rob and he accepted a coupon I had printed, which sort of surprised me, as these things usually are not valid for some reason. Everything was very easy from the start. Brian Sc came to install the doors and was also lovely. He worked so hard all day and despite me trying to get him to come in and warm up, have some lunch, etc, he just kept working. The new doors are great and although I did not know I needed them, they are a great addition to the value of my home. They look great, and they are safe and work perfectly. Brian answered all of my questions and went over everything a few times, how to work the key, the manual door pull, etc. He cleaned up the garage and left after a long days work. Everyone at this company is so nice. Theresa, who scheduled the appointments was helpful and both guys who came to my home were just great guys. Knowledgeable, kind people, and did a great job. I am a first time homeowner and single, so I count on people to help me really understand what I am buying and how it works, so this company suited me perfectly!

I called on a Friday afternoon and Kevin S arrived on Saturday. My garage door had come off the track and the guide wire had slipped off the pulley. It's a really old door. Kevin explained all of the possible solutions and I chose to have all the hardware replaced. Kevin was here for about an hour and when he left the door was operating very smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the service and with Kevin.

We called our regular garage door people and they never called us back. Precision on the other hand,a few days earlier gave me advise on how I should fix the door. It worked for a few days and then it stopped. I called Precision back and they came right away. My tech, Lou, was polite, he diagnosed the problem and gave us the best advice for a solution that will take care of the problem for years. Lou performed the job quickly and explained to me and my wife exactly how to sync the garage door to our cars. I would give precision garage doors 5 stars and I will highly recommend them.

If only all my experiences with other home repair companies had been as good as what I've experienced with Precision... The appointment was made without delay - they actually called me to schedule the appointment up once I purchased their service via Angie's List. The serviceman (Greg) arrived punctually, explained everything clearly and professionally and finished the work ahead of schedule. There were no problems, no drama. I heartily recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors - either a new installation or repairs.

Chris was great. He explained everything fully, and we discussed going from just replacing the springs to doing the full rebuild package. I am not usually one who can be up sold on the spot. I like to do my research first. Chris explained the reason behind the rebuild and did a great job walking me through the upgrade process, and it made sense. As a technician he did a great job, and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. He put 120# springs on the door, but didn't feel fully comfortable with the result. He went up to 130# springs, and found he liked them even less. He took his time to make sure the door was set right after replacing everything. I'm very happy with the product so far, and extremely happy with the service. I will be recommending your company to my friends and neighbors.

The Precision people were easy to get in touch with and came on time. They were able to quickly fix my garage door. However, their prices are outrageous. I'm sure if I shopped around I could have found a better price, but as we all know, once someone is at your house it is easier to just go with the people there. I would reccomend price checking before going with Precision, but besides the price they seem all right.

I appreciate Precision being able to send someone out same day, especially in the cold weather. Chris called in advance with an estimated arrival time that was right on point. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple options. You can't beat this level of service, especially for a garage door in 18 degree weather. Hands down - 5 stars!
