Scott was here and explained all options to fix our garage door springs. We decided to add the safety springs. He was professional and did a good job replacing 4 springs on 2 doors in 30 minutes. We did feel the price was a little more than we were expecting.

The employee showed up right on time. He explained all my options with the problem I was having. He then proceeded to show me my options and costs.I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to understand & get along with. The work was done well & within the specified time. Excellent and very professional service. My technician Scott was informative about the issues that needed to be addressed and other maintenance thoughts that could possibly be done. He was patient and walked me through all the possible fixes that needed to be made. No pressure to decide what needed to be done. Once I came to a decision on my door, he was very quick and detail oriented in fixing the problems. He also ran me through some extra ideas for future upkeep. He wanted to make sure that all my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the results. Great customer service!

The "eye" sensor to my garage door suddenly broke off and the door was unable to move. I called Precision immediately. I got someone on the phone quickly, told her about my problem, and she was able to secure a same-day appointment to have a technician come to my house. I also explained that I would be at work and no one would be home. She was very cooperative and said it wasn't a problem and that I should leave a contact number for the office or the technician to call me. When I arrived at work, I was delighted to see an email confirming my appointment and given a list of all the technicians who handle residential properties. That was a really unusual - and nice - touch. Tim arrived within the window of time given, called me, and explained in detail what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was extremely courteous and helpful. When I arrived home later that evening, the garage door was working as good as new. I appreciated the fact that Precision was able to quickly respond to my problem.

Technician pleasant and polite; however, overwhelmed with a sense that he was a salesman and not truly willing to offer a repair solution. Seriously doubtful if I will rely upon Precision again - prices unreasonable in comparison to competitor.

Susannah, I appreciate your input. Our technician Ron recommended replacement of the Garage door opener because you were experiencing intermittent problems with the existing opener. Yes we can try replacing circuit boards and that may fix the problem or it could reoccur again. There is no doubt that replacing the opener is more costly. The benefit is you know it will work. In retrospect if we were to do this again we would probably recommend the same thing again. Sorry we were not able to help you. Best wishes.
