I've been using Precision to service our garage doors for years, they installed our opener and I call them whenever we have a problem. The technicians that come to the house are always knowledgable and polite. Kevin S came to our house recently to install cables for safety into the springs and he is an asset to your company, friendly and efficient. I have no reason to call any other company when it comes to garage doors and garage door openers.

Great pricing, cool product, excellent team, and a delightful experience! We needed to get an automatic garage door opener for our second garage door (which I had been delaying for quite some time now!). Precision guided me through my options & pricing over the phone and scheduled a date & time that worked out very well. The technician Gaetano C. did a great job of explaining, installing, testing, and demonstrating how to operate the door opener. I loved their paper work / process, which was all electronic (schedule follow-up email w/ a tentative indication of who the service technician would be, the sign-off, and a copy of the invoice). There where a few unforeseen problems in the beginning but Kevin took the time and effort to make everything work. I love my new garage door opener. The unit is very smooth and quite, the safety sensor is great, the automated light switch is awesome and the unit tells even me the time and temperature!!!

I had a broken spring on the garage door, which also frayed the cable when it broke. I called after 5 PM on a Saturday night and by 7 PM Gaetano was assessing the problem. Luckily the safety cables worked or I would have had a much bigger problem. Gaetano was very thorough and explained my options. While he said the doors were good product, the hardware needed to be replaced. Within a couple of hours he had all the springs, pulleys, and cables installed better then new. Outstanding workmanship!

Peter our technician was excellent in every regard. He clearly explained all of the material and electrical and mechanical issues involved with repairing our garage doors. He also presented us with different repair options, discussed the warranties and repairs involved, and was sure to present his completed work in a way that confirmed the detail and quality of the job we were told to expect. All of our repairs were carried out thoroughly and professionally, as he was able to diagnose our problems correctly from the get-go. The whole process was very buttoned up and hassle-free.

Great Guy. He did come at the end of the window but called me ahead of time and, get this, asked me if I wanted him to pick anything up for me on his way like a cup of coffee or something.
