I called to make the appointment and never gave my neighbor's name although we share a garage. For some reason, she was called today and her name was on the work order. I then called the office to give the technician my cell phone number as I waited in the garage. Apparently the information was not relayed to him. I am pleased with the technician's work but not with the communication from the office.

Brandon showed up on time and was very pleasant. He explained what he was doing and showed us exactly what the problem was. He had the correct circuit board replacement needed in the truck and finished the work quickly. He also took the time to inspect and clean other parts of the garage door system.
