What can I say about Tim that hasn't already been said? Friendly, smart, willing to demonstrate and give specifics about the problems he diagnosed rather than just spouting off a bunch of technical info and hoping no one asks questions. Very professional and clearly dedicated. For example, my job took until past 5:00 on a Friday evening and while other contractors might be inching towards the door as fast as they could, Tim took the time to give thoughtful answers to all my questions and made sure I was fully satisfied before he left. Highly recommended!

Tim was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained(numerous times) the diagnosis of garage door problems and various options to consider in resolving them. Always felt that Tim and Travis(the trainee) were respectful and sincere in their approach to me, the customer. One of my garage doors would not open as some of the rollers had broken off. The old opener was extremely loud and my keypad was not working either. Brandon was my technician. He was wonderful. Besides being very knowledgable, he was curtious and explained everything that he was doing. There was no pressure to purchase anything. He did his job efficiently and in a timely manner.Precision was recommended to me by my sister and brother-in-law and I am certainly not disappionted in their work.I would highly recommend them to anybody and will certainly use them again for any future problems I may have.

Anthony from Precision came to my house to repair my garage door spring the same day I called. He did a full tune up and replaced by springs, cables and rollers. Anthony did a great job explaining what he was doing and discuss the lifetime warranty on the parts. I had called another garage door company in the morning prior to calling Precision and they could not come out the same day and told me to call Precision. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend the company. I was surprised by the cost, but the service was great and Anthony did an impressive job.

Dear Doug: Thank you for sending out a excellent technician,Tim Rainey,that knows what he is doing. I use a wheel chair to get around and was concerned that the existing door opener was ready to break down and I would be stuck in my car and would not get into my house. For me to get into my house I need to go through the garage to a chair lift that gets me up stairs. I was suprised that when Tim Rainey came out to the house that he had all of the parts to repair the existing door and had the new garage door opener with the battery that I wanted.
