Very pleased - installation by Sam and his associate was perfect. On time, professional, communicated well & helped me to reset car connection with door opener. Slight problem with work process: Cleanup ! Styrofoam packing of door left many small foam pieces on garage floor & part of driveway. They should have been vacuumed upon completion of the job but were not.

We have been having issues with our garage door opener. It is more like a hit or miss every time we used our remote. Hence we decided to get John D back. My experience with Precision from start to finish was amazing. My phone call was answered right away and the appointment was scheduled on Saturday with no additional "weekend" fee. My garage door was malfunctioning after a power outage and needed some adjustments. Ryan, the technician from Precision, was professional, very knowledgeable and pleasure to communicate with. He answered all of my questions, adjusted the garage door perfectly, and went above and beyond while fixing and programming keypad and remotes and making sure that the garage door opens smoothly.
