Excellent service. The technician Mathew Dewald examined and explained to me the problem why my garage door is dragging/binding/wiggling stuck or bouncing back sometimes. Provided his professional suggestions and repairing. Now my 20 year old garage door revived as new (quiet and smooth).

One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke late in the day on Sunday. That pretty much rendered the garage door useless. I learned from Chris the technician that our garage door weighs 240 pounds. Good door and the spring had lasted 13 years. Precision was the third place I called from my Internet search and the first to answer the phone. A good start. The website stated that most services could be delivered within four hours. The technician, Chris, called ahead and arrived earlier which for us was better. We talked about torsion springs and other maintenance that we could consider and The entire repair and tuneup was completed within an hour. Top-notch. I would recommend Precision to family and friends without reservation.

Ryan was an excellent service technician. He arrived on time and reviewed with me the current status of my garage door and operating mechanisms. I was given a full explanation of the status of my current door. I was given a complete and objective explanation of all of the options available for making the necessary repairs. Ultimately it was my decision, based upon the age of the door and the mechanisms to replace the entire door.I am quite comfortable in my decision to allow Precision to undertake a major improvement to my home.

Thank you for having service on Sunday. We had your company service our garage door system a few years ago. Your technician John Delpiu is very courteous. He explained everything very clearly, showed me pictures of what was wrong. He explained the warranty and at the end showed me how to set the new door opener. I’m very satisfied and impressed with his service
