My experience with Precision from start to finish was amazing. My phone call was answered right away and the appointment was scheduled on Saturday with no additional "weekend" fee. My garage door was malfunctioning after a power outage and needed some adjustments. Ryan, the technician from Precision, was professional, very knowledgeable and pleasure to communicate with. He answered all of my questions, adjusted the garage door perfectly, and went above and beyond while fixing and programming keypad and remotes and making sure that the garage door opens smoothly.
