I found Precision Door 4 yrs ago thru an internet search when I needed service. So when I needed service again, I did not hesitate to call them. They have one of the best communication systems with customers that I have ever experienced with a company from the initial phone contact thru to the caliber of personnel. They keep a customer informed of all aspects of the call/appointment. They are the only company that I have ever dealt with who sends you a bio of the technician who will be arriving for service at your home and is a feature that I like because it is another level of security provided to customers. Also, they may make suggestions for current or future service that may be needed but there is no pressure to adhere to their recommendations which is something I greatly appreciate because that does not work well with me. They provide outstanding service and I would highly recommend Precision Door without any hesitation at all. Great company. Ryan was the tech who arrived for my service call today. Ryan was courteous and knowledgeable. All protocols in this time of the pandemic were observed by both of us. Ryan not only took care of my current issue but inspected all of my equipment to make sure everything was in proper working condition. It was a pleasure to have a tech such as Ryan to take care of my service today. He epitomizes the caliber of the quality of this company in regard to their employees and service. Thank you, Ryan.

I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

I just received outstanding service. The repair representative called ahead and arrived on time. He was extremely kind and professional - explaining everything without being condescending. He worked quickly and efficiently in 85-degree heat without complaining. (I could not offer him ice water because I had no power, but he assured me he was okay.)
