From the person answering the phone to the email with the background and picture of the technician coming to the home and the follow up email with the precise time he will be at the home. Garage Torino spring snapped. Called next morning. I Was able to have an appointment that same day at noon. At 1030 received a phone call TK, who was very courteous , and asked if it’s ok to come earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived at the promised time. Explained the the fee. My options. Finished the job quickly and was on his way. Also very good about wearing a mask. Tk was a true professional.
