We are very happy with the service we received from Precision. We were able to easily book an appointment online for a Saturday, which we needed. Our service technician, Matt DeWald, is the best! He was very professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained clearly what was wrong with our garage doors. He had everything he needed with him, and fixed both of our garage doors in extremely cold weather!!

Garage door opener was malfunctioning suddenly and very badly. Called POGD and secured a same day appointment . Technician Louis R. arrived promptly within scheduled appointment time. Louis was highly professional, courteous, totally customer focused. Took ample time to size up the problem, explained everything that could be done, entertained all questions, discussed best possible outcome for the service call. Was mindful of property as well. The door opener and door are now functioning again. Louis also discussed options with me for a better longer term solution - which we would absolutely look to engage POGD when we decide to go forward with the recommendation. Can't say enough good things about the company, its operating procedures, and tech Louis R.

I contacted Precision and two hours later my garage door was being evaluated for the problems. Brian, the technician, was insightful and provided me with options. The door is fixed. I would use Precision again and request Brian who was very knowledgeable.

I called overhead to come out and look at my garage door and they said they couldn’t fix it and needed a whole new door. I called Precision and they had my garage door opened and fixed in 30 mins. I was thoroughly impressed how professional Faber & Andre where when they showed up today…(right on time) to complete the installation of my Prescision Garage Door. Everything from start to finish was done with speed and accuracy. I was given personal instructions from Faber on all aspects of the usage and care of the (3 remotes), outside unit, and instructions that came with me unit. And I was really impressed how quiet the Lift Master unit itself was first put into use. All this work was completed in just under 3 hours performed by just two technicians.
