He gave me advance notice when he would arrive and he arrived on time. When he got here he was very reassuring that he could complete the work that needed to be done and was exceptionally complete in giving me a full rundown of the job and costs the that were necessary. We made an appointment online which was easy. Got text/email updates. Day of, our tech John kept us informed on approximate arrival time, and called 30 minutes prior. John tested our current door, noticed the issues and recommended 2 different options. Our opener was 19 years old, so we kind of knew it was time. He replace our garage door opener, panel and springs professionally and cleaned up afterwards. After work was done Precision sent a text follow up letting us know that if we had any other questions they were available to answer them.

I was able to make a next-day appointment after our garage door completely stopped working one evening. I was really impressed by the communication I received from Precision leading up to the appointment, and Xavi did a fantastic job of fixing our garage door the next day. He was communicative before arriving to our house and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our garage door. He saved us some money too by using smaller parts that would still get the job done. He was finished within two hours. Overall we had an awesome experience and will definitely be using Precision Door again.
