I had a problem with an error code 4.4 showing up. Lights would blink and door wouldn't always open or close on first try. Technician was here within half an hour from placing service call. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Since they installed my new system and it was under warrantee they were able to fix it. Thank you Precision for your quick service call.

Doug was good in terms of personality and, from what I can see, skills. He provided us with three options from low (the basic must fix things) to upgrades in options 2 and 3. He was able to also provide a senior citizen discount which we really appreciate. It wasn't much but every little bit helps. He took time to explain each option. We settled on getting new extension springs, and pulleys. He worked swiftly and competently. He didn't rush us and we didn't push him. I would definitely recommend Precision Doors and Doug.

Very impressed with this company. A little profile of the tech who would be doing the repair came in a text a bit before he arrived. Very nice idea. The tech (Kevin) was very personable and advised me on what should be done with several options to choose from. I chose one and the work was done in an hour. I cannot be happier or more satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Service and with Kevin S., the Senior Service Technician who came to our house to repair our garage door, which failed to open because the motor had apparently failed. From the moment I called and spoke to the receptionist to set up the appointment to the moment that Kevin drove away, having repaired our garage door and completed the job, everything went smoothly and perfectly. Kevin was fantastic - professional and friendly, and completed the job in a timely fashion. He deserves a raise! Loius Rowek was fantastic. He was on time, inspected the garage doors and replaced the worn out springs, the operating cables, the pulleys and the rollers. He also replaced the hinges on the doors. He was very professional and his work was top notch. I recommend Louis and Precision garage door for all garage door installation and repairs. They are very dependable.

I have an older Lift Master Model 2500 opener, vintage 2004. Recently, I lost the ability to use my remote and Home link. I have many power outages in my area, I surmise that my logic board (41A5507-B) was compromised, at the time I didn't have a surge protector. I tried to find a replacement, but to no avail. Your technician, KEVIN STASIAK, suggested using the Lift Master 889LM with the 863MAX remote to regain this functionality. This fixed my issue at a very reasonable cost. KEVIN is very knowledgeable and I would rely on him to address any garage door issues. Kudos to KEVIN STASIAK.
