Brian was our technician and we had a really good experience with the service provided. He took time to explain what the issue was and since I had a warranty with the company that installed our garages, suggested things that I should request them to update (springs, some rollers etc). Then he fixed the issue promptly and got all our garage doors functioning within no time. Will use PDS services again when needed.

A spring on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. We checked with a family member, who had used Precision in the past, to ask for a recommendation. After their positive feedback we scheduled an appointment with Precision for the following morning. Louis R. arrived at our home 8 AM Monday morning and gave a detailed analysis of all the working parts of the door and some options for the repair. After making a decision Louis got to work and about 90 minutes later our door was working better than ever. That door has not been that smooth and quiet in years!! John Delpiu was the Precision Garage Door Service Technician who worked on our door. He kept us well advised as to the time he would arrive in the service window, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. Once on site John saw what our issue was. He tediously adjusted the springs and cables on both sides of the door. The door is working much better now after his adjustments!

His name is Luke; pleasant fellow. I paid $1400 by credit card; he installed a new motor, and replaced 2 garage door openers. I think he also installed a key pad on the outside of the garage door opener. My complaint is that the cost was an awful lot. My children were furious saying I got ripped off. We have called on Precision Garage Door Company in the past for a garage door motor and to install new remote access keypads.
