I have never dealt with a company that has been better than Precision Overhead Garage Service. Contacting them, dealing with office person via telephone and getting a technician to my home was super easy. Luke, the technician, was so kind, patient, friendly and professional! He installed a new motor and opener for my very old garage door system. it was not an easy job but he did it and was done in a short amount of time considering the circumstances! I am so grateful and would highly recommend this company and Luke!!! Thank you.

I contacted Precision Door online late on Friday afternoon and received an immediate responses and an appointment for the next morning, along with a follow up text from Cassi to get some exact details on the issue. Prior to the technician, Ferdinand Kazimov, arriving this Saturday morning, I received another text and email with his ETA, along with his photo and bio so I would know who was arriving at my door. The repair was handled quickly and professionally by Ferdinand. It is so nice to see a company and their employees providing excellent value and service in today’s day of so much mediocrity around us. I highly recommended Precision Door!

Although Precision Garage Door Service was not able to help me, they were super helpful. When I called, I was not aware the property had a commercial door. They made an immediate appointment for me regardless and the tech came out in less than 2 hours in the blistering cold. They even offered a free service call (no one else would do that). Once the appointment was confirmed, I received an email with the technician's photo and personal information to help identify them. It was a personable text that included his experience, education and hobbies, so I immediately felt comfortable. When the tech arrived, he confirmed he could not handle the repair of this door, but assured me he would research he could and contact me back within 5 minutes. Sure enough, in 5 minutes he called me back with two referrals and one also worked out same day (for a service fee). I am greatful to Precision for their professionalism and kindness during my urgent matter. From the salesperson I initially spoke to over the phone to the technician who showed up promptly, they were all so hospitable and truly showed what customer service is all about.

Not sure if my previous review was received. Sean Sotelo was Exceptional. Sean explained our options and we selected replacing the entire LiftMaster Door Opener Unit with the newest LiftMaster Unit. Sean is a major asset to your firm. I would rate Sean as a 5+ Furthermore, being disabled, greatly appreciate getting the garage door opener replaced to place trust in Precision Door that this new LiftMaster Unit will perform with the quality I have become accustomed. I had a wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service this morning. Booking was extremely easy, and they did a great job communicating with me in advance of the day of service. The service window was 8AM-12PM, and they texted me just after 8AM to let me know they would be there at 9. They also sent the name of the technician and a picture of him so I would know who to expect. Kevin Stasiak arrived promptly at 9AM, quickly and coherently laid out what he was going to do, how the process would work, etc. Within 10 minutes he had come up with a plan of action, and gave me four different solutions to choose from, clearly laying out the differences between the options in terms of the technical details as well as the price. He answered all my questions thoroughly and after I made my choice he went right to work. He completed the repairs/installed the new motor and system within an hour, and then showed me exactly how to work everything. He stayed there while I tested everything out to make sure it worked and I knew what I was doing. Kevin was awesome, both technically and personally. We chatted for a few moments about our families and it was a very pleasant experience having him work on our garage door. 10/10 would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and Kevin specifically.

I highly recommend Precision and their Tech John. He called to advise when he would be arriving which was within 3 hrs of my call. He was professional advising me of the problem and the different options I had to remedy it. He even went above and beyond to assist in replacing a lightbulb that was not accessible by me above the motor. John not only cleaned up his work area but the entire garage. Overall great job John.

The complete was excellent from the start to finish. Luke Stachura was very respectful and knowledgeable of his trade. He skilled and competent with his line of work. our garage door has been having issues for a while. it's always been noisy. it's always been jerky. it clunks and changs and bangs and one day recently, stopped dropping all the way to the ground. called precision and they sent ethan to check it out. he was comprehensive and easy-to-understand as he walked me through the issues he found and out options for dealing with them. then he quickly and professionally went about repairing the door's issues. suddenly, it's smooth and quiet and nothing like it was when we moved in four years ago. i'd reco ethan and precision anytime, for any problem.
