The communication ahead of the appointment was appreciated, and Alan our installer was professional, thorough, and does very clean work. We had our springs, cables and pulleys replaced on both of our doors after one failed, and they look and operate better than ever.

I just completed a review of my experience this morning with Luke, and I gave him an A+. Yes, my expectations were solved, and Luke could not have been more courteous or pleasant as he was working in my garage. He was helpful in explaining how the new garage door opener works. I also liked the fact that Precision was able to give me the morning appt. I requested and did inform me by e-mail (NOT TEXT) that Luke was on his way so I knew just when he would be arriving. In general, Precision, to me, seems to be a professional company, and if all the techs are like Luke, well, that's even better.

I booked my appointment online and was immediately contacted to confirm the date and time. Precision followed up with a text message the day before the appointment, the morning of the appointment and I also received a call from the technician in the morning confirming. The technician was Matthew Dewald and he was AWESOME! He arrived early and presented himself in a very clean and professional manner. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the system we had and quickly diagnosed our problem. After reviewing the situation, Matthew presented me with 3 options for repairs. He did not pressure me to choose one or the other and was very open and honest about what I needed now versus what could wait for later. After agreeing on what I needed, he installed the equipment in a timely manner and then spent a lot of time with me afterwards to program all of the openers and keypads. The level of service I received from Precision and especially Matthew Dewald was over and above what I expected! I highly recommend this company and specifically Matthew. Great job guys. I will definitely recommend you to my neighbors.

Shane was very good with explaining what was needed and different options. Happy with work. Customer service also was helpful since Shane was running behind schedule. He called and informed me when he would arrive. Like the website attached so you could follow when he would arrive and liked the picture and name of repair person who would be coming.

Mike the installer was great! He was very professional and courteous. I really like the new opener. It is much quieter. I used Precision because they installed some new springs on the same door about 10 years ago. The springs are still in great shape.
