My husband hit the garage door and it has to be replaced. The receptionist arranged an appointment on the day I called and the technician came in within two hours. Luke Stachura, the technician is very nice and efficient. He explained the damage and gave me options for different replacements. He is professional and eager to help. Highly recommend!

I can’t believe “Precision Overhead Garage Door” was able to tell me they would have a service man at my house within a few hours. Fantastic! Brian Hallock arrived within a few hours and investigated the garage door problem with me. A torsion spring was broken. After replacing the torsion springs, Brian showed me the operating garage door and mentioned my wife and I should consider having the worn rollers replaced. We did. The door operates so quietly now. Five Highs to Brian! He is courteous, thorough, and with high job knowledge and skill. He even cleans up after himself! I’m glad I called Precision Overhead Garage Door.

I had a minor problem in that I started getting an annoying beep every 30 seconds because after two years the backup battery reached its end of life. Since I can live with manually opening and closing my door, I just wanted the battery to be disconnected. Precision offered to do it free of charge and the service person John Delpiu was super efficient and friendly. He even lubricated the rollers and track for me while there. Great service and highly recommended.

Today's experience with a Precision Door repair technician was outstanding. The springs to my garage door had broken. I was impressed with Dave's knowledge & expertise about what needed to be done while at the same time listening to my concerns and providing, what I consider, very fair pricing options. I had an unusual problem . The beam holding on side of the cable and track split and the complete cable broke along with the spring. I just picked Precision out of all door repair businesses and picked a winner. They did a great clean job. I would definitely recommend them and call them if I have any more problems.

The torsion springs broke on my garage door rendering the door inoperable. I called my normal garage door company the installed it over 12 years ago and provided regular service. However, they could not repair util at least a week out. A friend recommended Precision. I went on their website Friday evening and scheduled a Saturday (next day) appointment. The appointment was confirmed immediately, and the tech called with-in the time frame to advise he was on his way with an ETA. When the Tech arrived, he gave me the price, waived the service call fee and repaired the door in a timely manner and kept me informed of the process the entire time. Not only did he repair the original issue, but I also had him replace the torsion springs on the second garage door as well. The tech was very professional, courteous and on time! I would definitely use this company again

When my LiftMaster garage door needed repair/new springs, I looked up authorized dealers online and contacted Precision Door. I was very pleased with their service. They came the next day and worked with me to replace the springs and other needed parts at a reasonable price. Their technician Matt was extremely personable and knowledgeable.
