After 15 years required a new handle and replaced springs, cable and pulley while serviceman was here since they were becoming very worn. Xavi was the serviceman, who was on time, called before arriving, was very polite, explained everything in detail, gave me various options, and then completed the job in a very neat and timely fashion. Completely satisfied with this service. Door was originally installed 15 years ago by Precision and still looks and operates like it is brand new. I would recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Very pleased with the work that was performed at my home on September 9, 2024. The service technician Ethan Tsirulik was very, very thorough and also very, very thoughtful. He was well informed on explaining my problem with the cable and also needing an up-to-date motor for my garage and also informing me that I would need an electrician to update the wiring for the new garage motor. Hopefully, he can come back on September 11 to install the new garage door motor. I did call the office and I am scheduled to have hopefully Ethan back on September 11 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

It's only been a day so it's too early to judge the garage door opener itself; however, it works, which is already an improvement. It's much smoother and quieter than the old garage door opener was even when it worked. Michael is an excellent employee. We lost power for an hour or two while he was working. He stuck around to finish the job even though he was unable to use his tools and we were having some adventures with my generator. Once power was restored and he finished, he took his time to answer our questions and give us a thorough rundown of the new gadgets. He's an asset to your company.

Great experience! My garage door opener had failed and my door wouldn't even open manually. Thankfully, I made an online appointment, got a text message asking for more details, and then even had the appointment moved an hour earlier than anticipated. The technician, Kevin, came straight from another job right on time. He was very friendly and professional, spoke to me as he assessed the situation, gave me several options with the benefits of each, and had all the materials he needed to get to work right away. First, he disconnected the old motor so I could get my car out of the garage, and then he got to work. Within an hour and a half, he was finished, cleaned up the small amount of debris he had on the floor, and was off to help someone else. To have such a major job done so quickly and professionally right away was a marvel. This is an excellent company.

Making an appointment with Precision Door to repair or replace my garage door opener was quick and easy. I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for an appointment on Wednesday. Matthew, the technician, called before the appointment time and was able to come earlier than expected. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He looked at the existing opener which was more than 25 years old and explained the costs of trying to repair it versus replacing it. After I made the easy decision to replace it, he took time to understand how often I used the opener and discussed the three available models with me to help me determine which one best fit my needs. He installed the selected model quickly and efficiently and demonstrated the use of the indoor and outdoor keypads and the remote. I am 100% satisfied with service performed and the new opener and would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs garage doors (I had mine replaced by Precision Door several years ago and they still look beautiful) and/or openers.

Having nothing but good things to say about our technician. He was friendly, nice, and punctual. What I have an issue with is the billing practices of this company. Besides their very high prices and upsell on things, they charge a 3% fee to use a credit card. That is outrageous for a company this size. Additionally, a $15 fee was added to our bill which was suppose to be taken care of at time of payment. When payment came, the amount was still the same when the fee was applied despite assurances it was taken off. The fee never came off and it was not until I pressed that it wasn’t that it magically came off and was at the correct price. Very shady billing practices.

Everyone who I have interacted with at Precision has been wonderful from the scheduler, dispatcher to the installer. Dave Paz who installed our new opener was amazing. He explained all the options and what would work best for me. They also replaced our garage door 2 years ago. I highly and emphatically recommend!

Xavier is skilled tech with terrific personal business skills……a credit to your company. He knows his stuff ! and will, some day soon, have his own franchise. He understood the issues and how to correct them quickly. Only thing is……I should have called Precision first ……as I wasted/was ripped off nearly $800.00 by another by another company that ONLY replaced two springs. Garage door issues …..who you gonna call……PRECISION !!!
