Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional from the second I called this morning. I had made an appt online and needed to see if anyone could come earlier that originally scheduled. The representative on the phone was very understanding and accommodating. Gedas arrived early and did a wonderful and thorough job! He took his time evaluating the issue and explained things clearly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was here quite a while making sure everything was right and even did a couple of extra improvements for me in the process. Tammy,Faber and Kyle were all very courteous and professional.There was a little bit of a mixup but we were able to get it rectified. Experts at their work. John, the technician, had my door fixed perfectly, and pretty quickly too. Our cable had snapped, and the door fell off the track also. The door is very old. New cables, pulleys, and springs. Answered all questions. A friendly guy too. Can't ask for more.
