My garage door was opening and closing continually on its own, a definite safety and security problem. I called Precision of Morris County and was pleased to hear that a tech could be at my residence the same day. Lou R. And Michael arrived within an hour of my call. Lou diagnosed the problem and explained my options. I decided to replace the aging Liftmaster,springs, cables and remote controls. I also wanted sensors installed because my old system lacked them. I now have the convenience of a mounted door control and battery back-up. Lou and Michael were very friendly and professional.

Lou was our technician. I had asked for an early appointment and he complied -- was there before 9. He diagnosed the issue with our current garage door opener (which was 13 years old) and recommended installing a new one rather than repairing the old. He was personable, efficient, and neat. Great job!

On July 25, 2016 Lou R. from precision garage door company came to repair my garage door. After looking at the door Lou presented several options in a very professional and knowledgeable way. We had a very positive experience with him, unbelievably friendly and very honest, he never put any pressure on us and that is what's best as far as I'm concerned. He put a new motor and changed all that was needed to be changed. What a friendly positive, polite, amazing man to have come to my house and help us out. He deserves 15 stars in diamonds. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for repair and pointed out some safety issues that were taken care of. Lou came by and the experience couldn't have gone any better. He was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done and he completed it in a timely and efficient manner. If you need anything fixed with your garage, going anywhere else other than Precision would be a mistake. I’m sure all of the technicians do a great job but if you are lucky enough to have Lou knock on your door, you are in great hands.

The cable on one our garage doors broke and I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Louis was on time, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very nice! He indicated that we needed more new parts than just the cables and we should go with the Premium Package which seemed expensive to me but after he explained what the individual parts would cost, it made more sense because with the Premium Package the parts are guaranteed for 10 years. He completed all of the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

The service was exceptional. We were unable to open our door after a cable snapped and the door was out of alignment. We got an appointment for same day service & Lou Rowek was able to come out hours before our scheduled time.
