We called Precision for a Service Call based on their location and ratings, because our Garage Door was opening and closing on its own and was also not responding to the remote or the safety eyes at the bottom of the door. The technician Rob quickly assessed and described the issues with our existing garage door and opener in a manner that was easy to understand. Once the problems were identified, we went over the options to solve the issues. It was determined that we needed a new door opener unit and belt mechanism, we also needed some other belts and spring safety cord replaced. It cost a bit more than we expected, but after being offered a slight break in price and weighing the options to determine that the replacement/upgrade would provide us with a better garage door opener with more features than the old unit, we decided to move forward and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. We were then given very good instructions on how to use the new door opener, the new indoor and outdoor keypads and Rob also programmed our car to sync up with the new opener and explained how to set up the app to be able to control our garage door from our phones. Overall it was not inexpensive, but we definitely feel that we got a great value, quality products and excellent hands on service, as well as defined warrantees from the provider.
