The initial phone contact was very professional. The technician (Rob Z) showed up within the prescribed window, very friendly and also professional. He proceeded to evaluate the problem and provided a clear explanation and of the evaluation, recommendation, and warranty. While I thought the cost was high, policy accommodations (coupons, discounts) were applied at my request. The work done was excellent and when Rob left, the door to was working like new, and to my complete satisfaction.

Precision door people are picture perfect from initial call to completion of the job took less than 16 hours. Amazing. I called on Friday 2nd March at 6PM to get a new garage door opener and replace springs for another door. They gave the appointment for Saturday 3rd March 8-12 noon. Doug Zuniga arrived at 9AM and took me through various options that I have in a clear and precise manner. After agreeing for the above services, Doug did an excellent job and showed me what all he did and left the place immaculately clean. Doug knows the job extremely and is well trained and very well mannered. First time a home service that I am extremely satisfied and would recommend highly Precision door. Had an appointment within two days of calling for service. Technician was knowledgeable & efficient. In and out in one hour. Had two new springs & two cables installed. I thought that the price was a little high for this service. Only reason not a 5 is the cost.
