Excellent job all around. Call early AM due to sudden broken spring, had appt for that afternoon set up. Ben called early and was able to come earlier. He arrived when he said he would and then professionaly explained what needed to be done, plus other options for safety and operational improvement. We recently had three beautiful carriage house style garage doors installed by Precision. Since we're still under construction, one of the workers accidently knocked the safety eye sensor off the track and the garage door opener would not close or open automatically. It was after hours but Kelly, a manager called me back and offered to have a repairman out to my house within an hour. I politely declined as I had managed to close the door manually and indicated if they could schedule a service the next day (Friday) I would appreciate it as we didn't wish to go through the weekend with a manual operation nor have the door close accidentally given that we have 4 year old twins. The repairmen arrived Friday afternoon within the time window indicated and repaired the sensor rather efficiently, explained the situation and were very well mannered and professional. I am extremely pleased with the installation as well as the service call response.

Was ponctual and polite. He reprogrammed our "remotes" which had been reversed due to the electrical outage we had this week-end and blocked our garage door. He fixed the problem in a few minutes and explained why this happened.I recommend your company for replacing and servicing garage doors.
