The new garage doors look incredible and I can't thank the installers enough. We were originally advised by the salesperson to purchase a certain type and size of door, but when the installers arrived, they realized that the doors would not function properly. Rather than install them anyway, they insisted that the installation be done the right way and I should order new doors. While that cost me more time, the same installers returned to perform the installation and, without any supervision, completed a beautiful and professional job. The doors look and work great!

Very knowledgable,thorough service. Appointment was made for between 8-12 with the first appointment and the technician arrived first thing as promised. Tim provided a knowledgable evaluation based on safety, quality and durability. The job was finished in the estimated time and resulted in a 25 year old garage door operating like new.

Mike provided exceptionally competent and courteous service to our Newark home. He performed two garage door rebuilds, reducing the noise of the doors considerably. I had reviewed the website, like the fact that the technicians are certified. The prior installer had been contracted by the home builder and had made an error in judging the spring weights, possibly contributing to our problem. We will also enjoy the life-time warranty. Tim went above and beyond to explain everything to me- he checked everything and was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! He fixed the door- recalibrated etc and recommended a new key pad because it was not working- he was really terrific and really would recommend him- great job!
