Our garage door opener malfunctioned yesterday morning. I called Precision and by the afternoon a Precision Repair person was at our home to address the problem. He was courteous and professional and diagnosed the situation perfectly. He was well equipped with the parts needed to get our garage door working properly again. We were disappointed because Sean came out and the garage door was fixed but he disconnected it to check something and it was not working and he left after he was paid $282. When we called to ask for him to fix the wiring he disconnected, Nicole in the call center stated he would come back early the next morning. We could not take another day off from work and had already paid for the door to be fixed and it was not. Expensive service and not properly performed.

We called Precision on a Saturday when our (25 year old) garage door finally gave up the ghost and were able to arrange an appointment for the Monday. The weather had different plans however and we had to do some re-scheduling to the storm. The people at Precision were very accommodating and we were able to re schedule for later the same week. The technician who arrived was knowledgeable, efficient and comnmunicated with us throughout his examination of the old door mechanism. At 25 it needed to be brought out back and shot... The tech was able there and then to quote us an estimate for replacement and once agreed, set about completely replacing the motor (and all the parts except the garage door itself). It took hours to get the job done but the technician stayed at it till after dark and installed a state of the art smart door for us on the day. The price was as estimated and the work was pristine. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, covid awareness and expertise of the entire team at Precision and especially the man that performed the work on-site. 10/10 for a very thorough job done well.
