Tim R. solved every problem quickly and the door runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. Tim repaired the door opener by reconnecting and tightening the chain that was loose. He did this in a very efficient manner explaining each step in the process. The door opener is now working properly.

06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. It was a pleasure doing business with a company whose office staff was also courteous and caring. The whole experience gets a 5-star rating. I would definitely use them again and request Tim as my service technician.
