My technician was Ryan Patrick and he was pleasure to work with for my garage door fix. He tested the door operation, laid out all options for me and graciously & efficiently fixed the door function. I found Precision Door 4 yrs ago thru an internet search when I needed service. So when I needed service again, I did not hesitate to call them. They have one of the best communication systems with customers that I have ever experienced with a company from the initial phone contact thru to the caliber of personnel. They keep a customer informed of all aspects of the call/appointment. They are the only company that I have ever dealt with who sends you a bio of the technician who will be arriving for service at your home and is a feature that I like because it is another level of security provided to customers. Also, they may make suggestions for current or future service that may be needed but there is no pressure to adhere to their recommendations which is something I greatly appreciate because that does not work well with me. They provide outstanding service and I would highly recommend Precision Door without any hesitation at all. Great company. Ryan was the tech who arrived for my service call today. Ryan was courteous and knowledgeable. All protocols in this time of the pandemic were observed by both of us. Ryan not only took care of my current issue but inspected all of my equipment to make sure everything was in proper working condition. It was a pleasure to have a tech such as Ryan to take care of my service today. He epitomizes the caliber of the quality of this company in regard to their employees and service. Thank you, Ryan.

When you are ready to leave the house and your garage door won't open (not even manually) it can become an urgent situation that needs attention ASAP. That was my situation. Exhausting all "friends" options for help, I turned to the internet and found this company. What a gem! From the initial phone call stating my dilemma to the time the service technician showed up it was nothing but high level service. The communication was incredible. Rather than being left wondering when the tech would arrive in the four hour window I was given, I received a call from customer service letting me know where the technician was in his scheduled routes and was provided with an updated ETA. The communication was proactive and made me feel valued. When the technician (Ryan) arrived (on time, I might add!) he was VERY professional and polite which just continued to reinforce that a random selection from the internet was proving to be a very positive decision!

I had used Precision Door Service at a previous residence and was very pleased with their professional service and trusted them to make the upgrades at my present residence. The videos about their products and services are very informative and helpful. The expected arrival time window is only two hours, so you don't have to wait all day. Doug, my installer, showed up on time, and after going over the needs assessment, quickly got to work. I didn't have to wait to reschedule. Doug had all of the parts he needed to install my new opener/keypad, and did an outstanding job in under two hours. Doug seemed very experienced at trouble shooting and fixed any existing problems. I would highly recommend using Precision! Doug was always cognizant of safe distancing and followed all Covid-19 safety rules. Thanks Doug and thanks Precision!

Didn't get to finish! Cleaned the tracks for the new rollers. He was careful about health safety necessary at this time and polite; answered questions. Hopefully it will all work well for the years ahead! (Not sure if the first part of this went through) but just mentioned I ended up with new rollers that I'm not sure were necessary at this time but hopefully they will be efficient for the years ahead.

We have had problems with our garage doors for years and finally decided to do something about it. We called Precision Doors and were very glad we did. Our technician, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining all of our options. He never pressured us to choose one option over another. After evaluating everything (and since our doors were so broken and old) we decided on installing new garage doors. Only two days later I already received confirmation that our doors are ordered and will be ready in a few days. We have been very pleased with our experience with Precision Doors so far and are confident our doors will be installed professionally. We would certainly recommend Precision Doors to others and would highly recommend their service technician Ryan.

Precision Door was very responsive and professional - called in the AM about my garage door motor that was not working, and had a tech out at my home that afternoon. Thorough and professional COVID-19 protections and procedures. Precision provided a 4 hour window of service, tech called when a 1/2 hour away, received a text confirming tech's arrival and some personalized info about the tech, he immediately inspected the motor, provided options, had repair parts in the truck, and garage door and motor were repaired and operating 2.5 hours later. Tech Ryan was very knowledgeable, provided professional and personal customer service - rank Ryan 5 out of 5 - very respectful and professional, and got the job done. Ryan is a very strong tech and sale person, offering options and recommendations, but leaving the decision to the homeowner. Would recommend Precision and Ryan.
