Thank you so much for the speedy service! From beginning to end , the experience in getting my door repaired was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and courteous. My technician, Louis Rowek, was terrific! He explained everything that he was going to do and why he was doing it. He checked all parts and I feel he was extremely honest in giving me his expert opinion of what was needed and what parts were working just fine. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My garage was not in the neatest of conditions, but Lou worked around it and was very neat during the entire process. I am very pleased with Precision Door Repair and I will highly recommend your company to anyone in need.

Precision has been my go to for a few years now. They have a good reputation and I have always been more than satisfied with the work their technicians do. I have had a new garage door opener as well as new double door installed by them over the years. I highly recommend them. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. The installation was completed very neatly and professionally. In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions. In our opinion George is an asset to your company through his professional conduct. Please pass along our compliment to him again. In addition I believe that your price was competitive and very fair. It would be great if you could feel this way about all home repairs.

We found Precision Door reliable and very professional!Mike came on time and showed us our options for a new garage door.The process took about 45 minutes,and he explained everything clearly.The order took about 2 weeks,and our installation appointment was made for the next day!Wow!So quick; Julian finished the job in about 2 1/2 hours!The door looks beautiful!Bravo!We recommend Precision Door-They are tops!!
